We appreciated the friendliness and knowledge of Honda cars shown by Jeremy and Monty. Monty saw my husband and myself in the parking lot looking at new cars. But we mainly worked with Jeremy in purchasing our new Honda. Jeremy was very patient and answered all our questions. On our first visit to Honda when we just wanted to look, he was available to provide information, which we appreciated, but he also was not at all "pushy", which we really appreciated. Then, Jeremy was available (on his day off) to facilitate our test drive, and thoroughly answered all our questions and was very helpful. He ended up spending the entire afternoon with us, and we purchased our new car that same day. More

After arriving at Jack Ellena Honda, we were greeted by Matt Brookbank. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He showed us all the features of the Honda Fit and answered all of our questions completely. When I called him back the next day, he was dedicated to finding me the Fit with the features that I wanted as quickly as he could. He was never pushy or tried to sell me things I did not want. I want to thank Matt for being fantastic and making my car buying experience mostly painless. More

Jeremy and Matt did an excellent job of answering my questions about the 2013 Honda Civic, fully explaining and demonstrating the car's features. Our negotiations - both for the price of the 2013 Civic and the trade-in value of my 2001 Civic - were frank and relatively hassle-free. I felt respected as a customer and have truly been enjoying my new vehicle. I went to Jack Ellena Honda on July 18, 2013 just to get some information about the 2013 Honda CR-V, and how it might meet my needs better than my 2009 Toyota Camry. I don't drive a lot of miles in a year, some information about the 2013 Honda CR-V, and how it might meet my needs better than my 2009 Toyota Camry. I don't drive a lot of miles in a year, but I do need reliable and SAFE transportation, especially during winter weather. Fuel economy is also a primary consideration for me. I have owned two previous Honda vehicles and I believe, based on my experience, that they are superior to Toyota vehicles. And the service department at Jack Ellena Honda is always superb. Although I had some concerns because of an experience with the dealership in 2008, I decided to at least request the information I needed about current models. I am happy to say that my entire experience at Jack Ellena Honda on July 18 exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by Monty Lala, assisted with information and answers to all my questions by Tim Cooper and especially Jeremy Gordon, treated to a test drive and first-hand experience with the CR-V EX-L with AWD and then explored additional questions with Jeremy Gordon, and finalized the transaction with Tom Cuny. Throughout the evening, I was treated with utmost courtesy and respect, and I was confident that I was receiving honest information and no pressure to make a quick decision. I am now, once again, a very happy Honda owner. And perhaps even more important, because I like to support local businesses, I am once again a happy customer of the Jack Ellena Honda dealership. It will be my pleasure to recommend Jeremy Gordon and the other employees I worked with yesterday evening to my friends who are thinking about purchasing a vehicle – or even, like me, just looking for information.
