Backed out on deal I worked with the sales manager for a week coming to terms on a new Honda Pilot that was due to arrive on the lot. The car arrived on a Friday and I made a offer to pick up on Saturday and the sales manager accepted my terms. I proceede to spend the afternoon arranging financing and changing my weekend plans to pick up the vehicle (I live 200+ miles away). At 7:00 that night I recieved a call from the sales manager stating that "his boss" wanted to keep the vehicle for a week so he could show it to other people. Jack Ellena did not stand behind the deals his sales staff made and completely ignored the customer in this instance and did only what is best for him. For what it's worth, Tim Cooper was fair and extremely helpful. Unfortunately he can be overruled at any time by Jack Elkena. Negotiate with Jack Ellena at your own peril. More

He was professional, and truly listened to our needs. There was no high pressure sales pitch; just clear information, patience while we made our decision, and dare I say, fun. Steven and Monty were both very respectful and there were no games played. We now have a Civic to add to our Fit, all purchased from Ellena.
