Purchased car from out of state In early July I saw a Honda Element I liked on Cars.com advertised by Jack Ellena Honda. I sent request and Bobbi Answorth contacted me quickly by ema In early July I saw a Honda Element I liked on Cars.com advertised by Jack Ellena Honda. I sent request and Bobbi Answorth contacted me quickly by email, sent some requested videos of the inside & outside of the car, and described the history( purchased originally from them). The deposit and time frame to pick up the vehicle was to my liking, so on July 28th, I flew from Grand Rapids, MI to Kansas City & took a shuttle to Lawrence. The Element was completely cleaned, new brake pads, everything was explained perfectly. Thanks to great service by Bobbi & Monty I drove the Element back to Michigan. I received deposit back in a few days and this week I was sent the title by certified mail. I can now register the car in Michigan. Thanks to all for the great help! More
