Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation was supposed to cost 125 according to the website after a hour waiting in the dealership I get a text recommending a 200 dollar a alignment I decline and supposed to cost 125 according to the website after a hour waiting in the dealership I get a text recommending a 200 dollar a alignment I decline and then it says the price is now 183 I said how did it go up 60 dollars when I didn’t add anything. He says oh must have punched in the wrong codes it’s all set now. He said sending it to the wash bay 40 minutes laters now a hour and 40 minutes watching people who came in well after me leave including a woman who’s car was sent to the wash bay 40 minutes after mine come out and leave I say where’s my car oh it will be right out I’m now there 2 and a half hours and the manager comes out he said everything ok I said no where is my car I have watched numerous people leave who came after me leave at least a hour ago he said sorry about that but some technicians are faster than others what a joke of a dealership I can’t wait to get the survey from corporate reviewing them More
