I am greeted with the valet who always make you feel like you’re their most important Especially Larry, Tom, and Steve, who was in the drop off and pick up area.( he’s uncle Steve to my dog Gio) Although, Dennis Pellegrino, isn’t at Lexus- he’s at Toyota, he was still there for me to make my appointment when I reached out to him. The work is always done perfectly, the coffee is delish! All of the service employees were great! I’m very appreciative. Your customer service each time is always top notch!!!
