We drove all the way from White Plains, NY to get a car we had only seen on-line. When I spoke with Mark on the phone and asked him to please describe the vehicle as best he could so we did not spend 3 hr we had only seen on-line. The car was even better than I expected! It looked (and smelled) brand new and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was VERY accommodating and moved very quickly as we literally did a "same day" process and everything worked out smoothly. I test drove a pre-owned Infinit on a Saturday and returned to purchase it on Monday. Much to my dismay, it had been sold. Steve was extremely helpful in finding another car that met my needs. When I returned to pick up the car, after all the paperwork was complete, both Steve and I realized there had been a major misunderstanding about a particular feature that I deemed crucial. Both Steve and Nick went well beyond my expectations to find me another car that met my needs at a price I could afford.
