WOW! The moment I walked into the service department I was greeted by the friendliest staff. I had my car detailed yesterday and the Assistant Service Manager, Jack Kaufmann, took great care. I drove from Buckingham, PA to have it done and decided to wait for it. Jack made sure I knew how long it would be and did his best to make sure that I was comfortable while waiting for my car. I brought my laptop to work and he actually offered me is own chair from his office if I needed a more ergonomic chair to work. He even offered me a protein bars from his own lunch box! Everyone was so nice and I was asked multiple times by other staff members if I needed anything. Thanks Infiniti of West Chester. You went above and beyond! More

Buying a car 4 hours away, investing the time to pick the car and return home, was very concerning if the condition/car was not in the condition as discussed. Mark's professionalism and desire to set me at ease given the distance is/was very much appreciated. The car was in excellent shape, drove like a dream on the 4 hour drive home, and the price I paid was more than fair. I am extremely pleased with the deal and would recommend both Infiniti of West Chester (PA) and Mark Cantino to anyone I know looking to purchase a car either long distance or local to the Phila area. Bought the car on their Ebay site. Dealing with Mark Cantino and his dealership was very easy. NO problems, and came in on his day off. The car had a bad battery not found until we got home. Mark had us come back up and replaced the battery for us. I have NOTHING bad to say about this dealership. And will buy from him and either of the dealerships he works with. Please buy with confidence, you will not be disappointed. When Mark says he will take care of you both during and after the sale, you can believe him. I drove up to his dealership from NJ, took about an hour and a half. But was worth it. Finally a car salesman you CAN trust. More

Purchased a car from Mark Cantino over the internet,while also living in Canada made the deal even a little more "scary". Mark assured us that the vehicule was in pristine condition as advertised. He made sure all the required paperwork was completed on time and forwarded to the US border 72hrs before we imported it. He even picked us up at the airport on the morning of delivery. This time I shopped around for used car and was met with pressure tactics from every dealership, instantly making me uncomfortable with purchasing from other dealerships. I wasn't even buying an Infiniti from Infiniti of West Chester but you would have not known by the respect and care the entire staff showed to make this the most comfortable, affordable and classy buying experience. This dealership understands auto sales isn't about moving a car today with pressure sales to a one time customer but instead it's about forming an honest relationship with their customers so we look forward to coming back for the next car. It's nice to know that the quality of Infiniti of West Chester was exactly the same 4 years ago when I purchased another car from them and when using their service department ever since. They are consistently impressive and I highly recommend this dealership. More

I loved my QX56 when it was first purchased, then the flood gate opened and everything that could have gone wrong, did. Transmission issues, cooling system issues, a waterfall in the cargo area every tim flood gate opened and everything that could have gone wrong, did. Transmission issues, cooling system issues, a waterfall in the cargo area every time it rained. This waterfall issue has been ongoing... I lost my car, collectively, to service visits 2.5 months of the first 9 months I owned it. They gave the car back with the interior incredibly dirty, come to find out they had a mechanic doing the body work. This ended up costing them a new head liner, trim pieces and new carpet. The car sat for WEEKS, verified by management, before being touched for the water issue, as i guess warranty issues wait til last. I looked into trading the car in on something not so possessed but was told that the 7 months i had owned it (7k miles on the car), the value had dropped by $9,000, putting me well upside down on my loan. So, i decided to let them try to keep fixing it. The car has been back in the shop on and off for the last 4 weeks, with service writer Rebecca at one point telling me I was imagining the leak. (in a much more PC manner). Last week, while the water was still coming down, I drove right to the dealer, no call first, and just reveled in the look on her face as the “imaginary” water streamed down the column. Back in the shop for 7 days at this point, and it took me telling the service writer what ended up being the issue last time (cracked weld in the roof) and maybe they should check to see if that cracked again…… The service writer Amanda, has never steered me wrong, and always has a smile on her face. The service manager Rob Anderson, is of questionable character, as he claimed to have never spoken to me before, but i was able to remind him of a conversation involving his daughter (same name as my car.... seriously, how would i know that?!?!?), and all of the sudden the light bulb went on. Derrick intervened to try get me out of the car again in the last month, as the waterfalls started again, but his idea of "helping" was blue book on my car, and 1500.00 off a new one. That didnt even cover the lost value of the warranty, or the maintenance package i had purchased. My suggestion was a “trade” for the other used QX they had on the lot, that was the exact same car as mine, with the only difference being 2K on the odometer, but that wasn’t even entertained as an option. At this point, I am letting them try to fix it again…… racking up miles on their loaner. After all, if they wanted me to go away, they would have made me a better deal on another car. UPDATED 6/20/2012 - Car is back in the shop, to have all the trim pieces replaced that were damaged by the mechanics. (or never replaced regardless of what the work order said), and be detailed to get the grease off of my leather, and out of my carpet. I REALLY want all this to be done and over.... sad part is i LOVE the new JXs, but i could never bring myself to own another Infiniti/Nissan. (car did look great for the most part when i got it back. Stress marks on a number of pieces, as they looked to be "muscled on", but oh well.) UPDATED 8/6/2012 - 2 leakage episodes in the last 2 weeks. 7/21/2012, and 8/6/2012. On both occasions, was told 7-10 days for an appointment to open up. Really?!?!?! So, made the appointment, and will be driving the mold mobile for the next week until they can squeeze me in. UPDATED 8/26/2013 - Finally got the real story after going to trade my Q in on a Lincoln.... My "CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED" good as new was in an accident 2 years before i bought it.... just showed up on the Carfax June of this year. The dealer i was trading to told me the front passenger side, fender, door, etc. was a repaint, but i told him no.... then we pulled the Carfax , and there is was. Take a hard enough smack to the body/frame, of course you are going to crack welds in the roof, and have a car that leaks like a sieve. Everything i have gone thru with that car in the last 3 years can now be explained. What i don't get, why were two other dealers able to determine there had been body work..... and Infiniti, (who claims that a car cannot be a CPO if it has been in an accident) claims ignorance? More

Mark was very organized and professional, my interest rate is 1% lower than anything I could find in Michigan, and my new car is beautiful! Mark even offered to pick me up at the airport and buy me a philly cheese steak! When I got to the dealer they were ready to let me take a test drive and all the paperwork was in order. They even had a Starbucks coffee ready! Because Mark knew I was pressed for time I was in and out in twenty minutes. It was such an enjoyable experience. Thank you Infinity Westchester! I will definitely fly out again when we are ready to make another purchase. More

Needless to say, we have been extremely happy with the service our salesman has given us over the years, After 2 very satisfying experiences with an FX 35, I was starting to think I might be ready to try something new. Next thing I know, a call comes in from Steve to tell me about the new JX 35. WOW, we are blown away by this new entry in the Infiniti family. Steve knows us well... the FX was a bit crowded with 2 large dogs and an urge to travel. The JX has all the bells and whistles we have come to expect from Infiniti but it's a bit bigger, not too big like the QX, it's just right! I really think it may be true love, for us and the JX. Thanks Steve, Nick and Infiniti of West Chester, you rock! More
