I went there for service to my used G35 and left with a new G37. I didn't think it would be possible but Derek made it happen while Mark took me for a test ride and showed me all the awesome things in the new G37. We wanted to purchase a Certified M35. After asking for an receiving the CarFax and the service detail report it was determined that the car had some "minor" water damage because of a leack in the rear bra an receiving the CarFax and the service detail report it was determined that the car had some "minor" water damage because of a leack in the rear brake light(coincidently , this detail was NOT reported in CarFax). We decided to inspect the car more closelly to evaluate if the work was completed properlly, it was quickly discoved that not only was the required work wad NOT performed and there wa not only extensive water damage, but also parts missing and mold on the back seats. The sales person and the used car manager claimed ignorance of these facts, however, the car had sat on the lot for six (6) month after being tranfered from the ardmore location. IF the Certification trully was done on this vehicle, these problems would have been corrected. We would not recomend going to either this delership or Infinity of Ardmore ( both owned by the same individual) as there is either mass incompetence in the sales / service / management of hte dealerships or outright fraud. I leave it ot the individual reader to decide for themselves. More
My expereience with this dealer has been extremely positive. Initially had great interactions with the sales people and management; was able to demo a couple different car that I was considering. I was able to make a final determination armed with a lot of information and was offered a very competitive price. The dealership was clean and responsive to my service needs after the sale. I would recommend this dealership and certainly the Infiniti brand. Looking forward to the new M coming out - that car is awesome and really in a league of its' own! More
I am a former employee of this dealership, I myself purchased a vehicle from them, my husband did, and my brother and parents. We were all treated horribly, overpriced and basically screwed over and t purchased a vehicle from them, my husband did, and my brother and parents. I would warn people to make the drive elsewhere and purchase from someone else, they also own Infiniti of Ardmore and Exton Nissan More
Did all service there for two years. Had many problems...on two occasions, had to research and present them with TSBs to get problems fixed. Latest issue: Refused to do work under warranty (on a problems...on two occasions, had to research and present them with TSBs to get problems fixed. Latest issue: Refused to do work under warranty (on another TSB) claiming they would not get reimbursed. Suggested I pay for it and see if I could get reimbursement. Called Infiniti customer service who said as it was a known problem outlined with a TSB there was no parts return requirement and basically no way they would not be reimbursed. Will not return to this dealer. More
