I cant believe that Infiniti with the extremely high margins on the service parts and labor still finds the need to charge customers with the additional 3% charge. Secondly, I can't believe that a censor for the airbags costs $1,000. Every time I've gone to your service department, the costs are outrageous. It prevents me from ever even thinking about purchasing another car from Infiniti. More

Car was everything promised. We spent hours at the dealership. Only one person closing deals and we had to wait.
