At the beginning , trying to sale the auto and their dealership to me, everyone was great and professional. As soon as they received my $5000 down payment, I could not get in touch or get a return call or text or email concerning the update of the purchase or shipping and I never found out what was the actual shipping cost. Every one disappeared except Victor. But he did not address all my concerns . And I had to remind him on sending me current pictures of the vehicle and pictures when the shipper arrive. After I gave the $5000, It turn into a nightmare of customer service disconnect. That is what all average auto dealership do to customers.
