The sales process was easy and to the point. My issue is I reached out to my sales person due to an issue that came up with a sensor on the vehicle I bought. You did a diagnostic on my window and gave me a price to fix it. Started the work and then two days later came back and said, by the way, it is going to be another $400 because we did not do a proper diagn fix it. So I met you half way, I should have walked away and had someone else do it. Your made up add-on fees (towels, tissues, whatever) to look at a window are criminal. The fact that you don't apply the diagnosis fees to actually fixing the problem is also ludicrous. at least you fixed the window, so I got that going for me, but I will not be back. Also, >$3000 to fix an air conditioning line on a 18 year old vehicle...come on now. Ben is a nice enough, but I feel like I am buying a airplane ticket with all of your stupid fees...you want to use the bathroom...$40. More
