You did a diagnostic on my window and gave me a price to fix it. Started the work and then two days later came back and said, by the way, it is going to be another $400 because we did not do a proper diagn fix it. So I met you half way, I should have walked away and had someone else do it. Your made up add-on fees (towels, tissues, whatever) to look at a window are criminal. The fact that you don't apply the diagnosis fees to actually fixing the problem is also ludicrous. at least you fixed the window, so I got that going for me, but I will not be back. Also, >$3000 to fix an air conditioning line on a 18 year old vehicle...come on now. Ben is a nice enough, but I feel like I am buying a airplane ticket with all of your stupid fees...you want to use the bathroom...$40. More

Take long time 4 weeks, and no backup car arrangement. We understand it will take long time to get parts which is beyond your control, but you should provide us the car to drive. We were told there were only 5 cars can be used as backup car for customer. If you can not provide backup car to customer I think you should rent car to customer. I used my Dad car for 1 month and paid him $900. I wish we can be reimbursed. Thanks! More
