Ben went over some services that might be beneficial and considered for future visits to Infiniti. I consider Ben knowledgeable and he promised to keep me updated for future service. I was very pleased with Infiniti service. More

I didn't feel pressured at all, I was only shown what I wanted to see no more. I was offered extra warranties but still didn't feel pressured or "upsold". If I could enter zero stars, I would. I was sold a car with a known (I didn't know until after) Infiniti issue where it shuts off while in motion and then their service department tried to charge me $12K for services I did not need a year later....that would not have solved this issue even if they had been valid. In addition, their service department charged me $1148......for no work. Literally just for them to look at it and "restocking fee". I canceled the work less than four hours from accepting the estimate...that is insane, especially on a lemon they sold me. You can return a whole car within 24 hours, and they charge me this for a change less than 4 hours later. I had a gut feeling something was wrong with the diagnosis took my car for a second opinion. My mechanic did two end to end diagnostics (for free) including pressure testing and found no leak in the head gaskets which this dealership was trying to replace the whole engine for. I bought this car less than a year ago and have had nothing but issues since the day after I bought it. I'll likely have to buy a new car and eat the loss, in addition to the $1148 they charged me for literally nothing while trying to scam me out of $12,000. I'm sure they are great for new cars but run as fast as you can away if you're buying a used car or getting a service that isn't covered by warranty. More
I love Infiniti and Infiniti of Lynnwood is the best franchise in the Seattle area in my opinion. Ben Lutz has compromised my view of Infiniti of Lynnwood as a result of my most recent interaction with franchise in the Seattle area in my opinion. Ben Lutz has compromised my view of Infiniti of Lynnwood as a result of my most recent interaction with the dealership. I will not come for future service if I have to deal with Ben. Customer Service is not Ben’s strong suit and I found him stiff and condescending. I had actually spoke to Dillon when I scheduled the service and for reasons know to me Ben took over. I was upbeat trying to have a normal conversation with a Service Advisor or any human being. Ben questioned every syllable I spoke. At one point I had to tell him I didn’t get it I am a native english speaker “we are speaking the language right”. I knew the general service I needed front and rear brake service, new brakes all around. He questioned how I knew even though I told him and previously explained to Dillon over the phone the I had tire service at another place of business 2 or 3 days earlier and they preformed a safety inspection. I knew that Infiniti would do their own inspection too and I wanted them to, my FX35 is an Infinity product so I know your tech’s knew best. There was also a flashing light on my instrument panel for the passenger airbag that had been there for few weeks. I believe it may be connected to getting a jump when my battery was low during a cold snap in the whether. I asked Ben to see if my extended warranty would cover it and the brake repair not only was he negative he seemed offended. I also needed a service loaner I have had the use of several other service loaners over the years through Infiniti of Lynnwood so I know all my insurance information is in my file. I told Ben I did not have a insurance card handy but none of my information had changed. He gave me and hard look and I said I could log onto the Geico website on my phone. I did and he didn’t bother to look at my account on my phone surprisingly. He did ask me how I liked Geico and I said I did so much I even insured my home with them now. I thought he was just curious of how good they were, but he went on to ask if I had ever used them for a claim. I was surprised but told him just roadside assistance. Then he adamantly said “No I meant like for and accident”. That was unnecessary in my way of thinking and out of place, but I told him no accident claims thank goodness. When picked up my vehicle Ben also had an attitude as I had told him I received a coupon for a discount on the oil change I authorized the Service Department to do but had misplaced it. He did not accurately the discounted price and when I questioned it he pushed back. So then I provided a Manufactures coupon just sent to me from “Infinity USA” for 15% off any service up to $150.00 and Ben seemed surprised then said okay but you will need to forfeit the oil change price of $59.00. Lastly I told Ben of my feelings about when I dropped my car off and his reply was “I guess we got off on the wrong foot”. I am very very disappointed with the entire transaction. I feel so much more appreciative of the rest of your staff who have alway represented your brand to the highest standards. My Apologies for being so lenghty in my reply. More

Not thrilled with needed to wait and dealing with the hassle of a loaner for what I had intended to be a quick service. More
