I think they are from the delivery because of the amount of dirt on the car when delivered. Cannot get the front hood to open at this time. Will have it looked at. Did not realize it was the Gt V6 when I bought it. Nice surprise when I put my foot down for the first time going home. I think I will enjoy this car a great deal. More

I went to fix the recall. Without my permission they inspected car and I have to wait longer because of that. Hope they keep busy with other priorities. Without my permission they inspected car and I have to wait longer because of that. Hope they keep busy with other priorities. More

I did a lot of research before I bought my vehicle so I knew what I wanted & had an idea of what I wanted to pay for it My nephew is a salesman so I also consulted with him about the process. I've bought c knew what I wanted & had an idea of what I wanted to pay for it My nephew is a salesman so I also consulted with him about the process. I've bought cars on my own before but this was the first time since my husband died & the first car I've bought in 19 years. I was somewhat anxious about the process because of all that but confident in what I wanted. Initially, communication began with Javier over Facebook messenger & it was good until I received a message that the vehicle had been marked as sold. I was disappointed to hear that & I went to the Infiniti of Lynwood website to double check. The vehicle was still showing as available so I sent an inquiry on the website chat & that was when Victor contacted me by email. Communication was good with Victor & I initially went to just look at the vehicle on my way to my grandson's soccer game the Sunday before I bought the car. I informed Victor that I would be going during the week to look into purchasing the car but I still wanted to be sure by test driving. I decided to take the Kingston ferry to Edmonds since Victor had told me on the Sunday that I went to see the car that I could get picked up at the ferry dock. I live in Port Orchard & did not want to have to have my daughter drive me all the way to Lynwood especially on a day that she has to pick up my grandson from school. For some reason, I was handed back to Javier so communication was between him & I about arrangements for the ferry. I was clear about what time I would be to Edmonds as I notified him when I was on the boat & on my way. It was a cold day so I didn't want to be waiting long once I arrived. I was also on a time limit as I had an online meeting that I didn't want to miss. When I arrived in Edmonds, I did not see a shuttle so I waited outside for awhile before I finally contacted Javier. He told me that the pick up person was just leaving to pick me up so it would be 20 minutes before he got there. I was irritated to say the least because I was very intentional about letting him know when I would be there so I didn't have to wait. I arrived at the dealership spoke with Javier and we went for a test drive. We returned to the dealership and I ended up having to take a break to go into my meeting and it was a long one. I had already told Javier that when I first got there. Although I was thankful that there weren't any people in the lobby so that I could be on a Zoom meeting with some level of privacy, it was still inconvenient and disconcerting. When we began negotiating the price of the vehicle, Javier told me that the price of the vehicle would not be lowered because the price of the vehicle had just been raised by the manager but that they would honor the price that was set since I inquired about it. There was no notation on the document that he showed me on the price history of the vehicle that the price had been raised and this vehicle had been sitting on the lot for a number of months so I felt that he was not being truthful and honest with me about that. He also seemed to not believe that I had the excellent credit that I do so that I could acquire the lowest rate from my credit union, BECU and asked if he could run it through other options. I already had all the information about financing etc before I even went into this process so I felt insulted and disrespected in this. At this point, I just wanted the process to be over. It ended up that my vehicle did have mechanical issues with the signal lights and other interior lights and the brakes squeak so I had to take it into the shop where they found that someone had altered the fuse box and I had to pay $200 for them to check my brakes. Needless to say, I was not pleased with my process nor the fact that I had to take my new car that only had less that 15k miles on it to the shop so soon after purchase. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that I know who's looking for a car. More
