Horrible serviced Such a horrible serviced ever in my life, Just had my 2011 G37 to perry infinity for scheduled maintenance oil change on 7/14/2015 Got my car at 6:0 Such a horrible serviced ever in my life, Just had my 2011 G37 to perry infinity for scheduled maintenance oil change on 7/14/2015 Got my car at 6:00pm before the service department closed,hit the Road to home which is 50 miles away that I live,I was driving 5 miles away on noth 15 Interstate all of sudden the engine was shaking and making huge Of noise all kind of lights was flashing on the dashboard gotta pulled to the side of the freeway and checked the Engine my first instinct is to the engine oil Since I pulled up the check engine oil slick inside the engine what's empty oil assuming mechanic forgot to put engine oil inside the Engine??? what a human error right there have to have my car to towed back to the car dealer at 8:20pm which I was on the side of the freeway for 1:00 hour and 50 minutes which the service department costed me such a bad experience. The next day The service department Manager DEN called to explained to me that The engine was short of One and a half or 2 quarts of engine oil will costed The engine shutdown ??? i'm not smart but not kinagarden,some kind of furious not by intentionally but totally ignore their mistaked all trying to cover up,I am totally unsatisfied to the service department,is there anyone higher then the Service manager I strongly filed this complaint Tony luong # 626/643/6684 More
Best lease experience EVER!! I needed to lease a new vehicle quickly and the entire experience was less than 2 hours from start to finish. Every single solitary person in there wa I needed to lease a new vehicle quickly and the entire experience was less than 2 hours from start to finish. Every single solitary person in there was incredible to work with. I had to pick my 11 year old up from school and they made it happen. So very impressed. Love my QX70 so much and will in all likelihood stick with Infiniti. Trusting car dealerships is a rare experience. You just can't put a price (or a vehicle make and model) on that. :) More
No Haggle Purchasing Experience!! We walked in to only "look" and fell in love with the vehicle. I told the salesman that we didn't need a new one but if we could make the numbers wor We walked in to only "look" and fell in love with the vehicle. I told the salesman that we didn't need a new one but if we could make the numbers work on our trade in for fair market and the sales price of the new one, we would buy it. We didn't haggle at all on the numbers and they gave us a fair trade in value and took a little off of the asking sales price to make the deal work with what we were comfortable with. Rich our salesman was very professional and didn't push the deal on us at all. In fact he did quite the opposite letting us know that if the deal didn't work out for us in all aspects, we should walk away from it. Rich is the type of person that would't force a deal on someone just to make a quick buck. Before we drove off, they took the SUV in to get detailed, not just washed, full detail complete with wax (I know because I saw a little left under the back bumper)! Leiah in financing went through the paper work very thoroughly and quickly making sure we understood everything in the contract. We opted for the optional Infiniti Elite warranty plan for pennies on the dollar and now we are covered for 120K or until 2019!! Warranties like this just don't exist with other manufactures, especially without breaking the bank! Armin the GM was very personable/professional and took care of us answering any questions we had. When I got home I realized i was missing a navigation manual. Normally these things go for $60+ and Armin/Rich took care of it. They even threw in a carpeted trunk floor mat, key fob jackets, and fixed the broken cup holder and gave me a rental for the day, no questions asked! This is why we have chosen to buy from Infiniti in the past and will continue to do so in the future--because they treat us like family! More

Great experience! My actual service consultant (Dan) was off for the day, but Eli stood in and took great care of my car service needs. Eli is an "up and coming great service guy" who appears to have unlimi off for the day, but Eli stood in and took great care of my car service needs. Eli is an "up and coming great service guy" who appears to have unlimited growth potential in the service department at Perry Infiniti. His personable demeanor and attention to detail are a perfect fit for Perry Infiniti! Dan kept in constant contact with me regarding the process and repairs. I have owned 33 cars (all used) in as many years and this is the best service I have received to day.
