Ended up walking out with a 2015 QX50 that we are very happy with. The purchase went very smoothy with David (assist. manager) We never felt pressured to purchase a car and he was very happy to let us drive the few cars we were interested in. It took quite awhile but we drove home smiling all the way. This is the 2nd Infiniti we have bought from Perry Infinit and would buy from them again. More

The first visit was on a Sunday afternoon and they called a maintenance tech out from home to address the issue (car would not shut off) saving me a tank of gas. The second time was regarding a repeat issue but with the car now just out of warranty. They made me happy with a very reasonable offer to fix the issue. They are my first choice for service now! You will be ignored once you sign the dotted line I came in to renew a lease and left fairly happy with my experience. Then come to find out they messed up the lease agreement with the previous lease I came in to renew a lease and left fairly happy with my experience. Then come to find out they messed up the lease agreement with the previous lease so a few weeks later I started getting calls about money owed. I brought it to the attention of Tim Leon the sales manager and he said he would take care of it. The notices became debt collection notices. Every time I called Tim (going on over 20 now) I get the same "send me what you have and I'll take care of it and will call you back". Nothing. It's been 2-3 months now and I still get treated like I'm invisible. You can do better. And I will do better by not going with Infiniti when this lease is over. They've completely lost my trust and loyalty and would definitely NOT recommend Perry Infiniti to anyone. More

He returns calls promptly, always manages to squeeze me in for service appointments...even at the last minute, and has a can-do attitude. Prices have been quoted accurately and my car is always ready on time. I appreciate Eli's prompt communication and effort to please. I drive out of my way to utilize the service department at Perry Infiniti. It's that good! More

Whether via telephone, email or text; he was right on top of it. I had been researching cars and the particular Infiniti for months already, and new exactly what model I wanted. Three other Infiniti dealerships said they couldn't find the model and color I wanted. But Steven was on top of it and within days had our beautiful car shipped from out of state, cleaned, gassed up and ready for us to drive away in. Furthermore, Steven and Perry Infiniti cut us a deal well below all the other dealerships I contacted, and even the bank's internet price. Overall customer service while we were at the dealership was fantastic. No pushy sales people, just friendly associates making sure we were being taken care of and comfortable through the entire process.
