Having spent the previous four days test driving several different cars at various dealers, it was to say at the least a huge disappointment. I am sure most of you can relate to the ordeal of purchasing a new vehicle, from pushy salesmen, lack of customer service, and the doubt of receiving your money’s worth. This was absolutely not the case at Perry Infiniti; from the very beginning our sales advisor Bryan Preston showed us complete courtesy and professionalism. His knowledge of the inventory and understanding of our needs saved us from investing our money poorly. We ended up with much more vehicle than we had previously been shown at the competitors, and could not be happier with our new car. After arriving at a more than fair price we met with Carri Jaffey the financial advisor. She spent the time to ensure we explored all the service options available to us. Then she went the extra mile in negotiating an outstanding finance rate, better than our own bank would grant us. Just as I thought we were finished, Bryan came back out to give us an extensive overview of our vehicle’s owner’s manuals, comfort features, and technology packages. Taking the time to link our cell phones and set the seat memories to our individual custom settings. Talk about customer service! I had a 2004 G35 that I bought new at Discover Infiniti, before it became Perry Infiniti. The service is always outstanding, in my opinion. Mike has always taken care of me. I visited this dealership 3 times before making a deal and always dealt with Dean Treat. Dean was very professional and remained so, even when a deal could not be reached. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here, unless it becomes apparent that the new ownership does not deserve my loyalty. So far, so good. More
