I would drive another 100 miles to get the parts and service again from this place! Out of all the dealers both Nissan and Infiniti, Perry Infiniti is the most knowledgeable and carries the parts no on service again from this place! Out of all the dealers both Nissan and Infiniti, Perry Infiniti is the most knowledgeable and carries the parts no one else does! Living in Orange County, i frequent pretty much all the dealers in OC for parts for my 20+ year old car. Most of them have no idea what i am talking about or just automatically say they don't carry the part because it is a Japanese part and not a US Market part. After speaking with Travis at the parts department, not only did he know about the parts i needed, but had them in stock! It does take quite a bit to stock these rare parts especially if it came from cars that never made it to the US. To my delight, the parts were there waiting for me after a good 3 hour drive in traffic, it wads worth it! It does take quite a bit of research to order and carry these kind of parts. SO it shows me that Travis really cares about what he does. For that, along with a friendly nature, Perry Infiniti gets 5 stars from me! Thankyou Travis! More

My husband and I first met Dean while I was in the process of test driving and researching the reliability of almost all SUVs on the market a couple of months ago. Dean from the moment we first met him was knowledgable, patience and did non-pushy followup. Throughout our repeated visits, email, texts and phone conversations Dean was polite. Dean and the dealership early in our discussions conveyed their willingness to negotiate a fair and reasonable price; and did just that when we decided to purchase the FX Dean conveyed to the Service Department the detailing we wanted done on the FX before taking delivery. Upon picking up the car we found the work done to be excellent. Dean introduced us to personnel throughout various departments, allowing us to put faces with names. Even the General Manager took time to come over shake our hands and talk to us a few times throughout the sales experience. The Finance Department was detailed oriented and explained the paperwork well. They repeatedly checked to see if we had any questions. Dean detailed me at length on instruments, controls, the phone and navigation of the FX. He made it fun and informative experience. More

I returned for this latest purchase because when I dealt with Dean and Lance the first time, they were both professional, knowledgeable and honest. I know the car buying process well and consider myself a car maven. They were both patient with me and I loved the IPL I bought. Well....now it is a year or so later The IPL turned out to be too stiff for my likes and the 6MT was nice, but I like the 7 speed auto better. I returned to Perry to not only find the same people I knew before, but some new faces as well. The second purchase experience went excellent as well. Dean and Lance again were consummate professionals and worked with me to meet the special needs I had this time around. They were patient and helped create a deal that we could all live with. It was a very pleasurable buying experience. I give Dean and Lance 10's. I give everyone - 10's . Mark Rowles was also very professional and worked to help me get everything related to the deal taken care of. When I returned the next day to turn is some paperwork, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Sadoughi and he made me feel very welcome and set up my due bills right away. I even drove away in a nice loaner car while the window tint is being done to my new G37s Coupe. This type of customer treatment is hard to find and I will be returning to bring my new car back to Perry for its regular service. I am a loyal Riverside Infiniti (10 yrs) customer but after this last purchase, I will be bringing my car to Perry for the tender loving care I give it. I felt that the entire team at Perry worked hard to make my experience a pleasurable one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a low-stress, highly professional car buying experience. More
Let me start by saying that my FX50 was totaled Christmas night, 2011. My family and I walked away when we really shouldn't have. My little car saved our lives so, when my father asked what car I would be getting I said 'an FX of course!'. Sadly, the FX50 is very hard to get so I had to settle, I thought, for a QX as I was NOT going to sacrifice power or safety. My family wanted the same car or bigger. I have been a customer of Perry's for 3 years, working with Mike in service and, sometimes Dan. I always trusted his (Mike's) suggestions and followed them to the letter. He was helping me on his cell phone, while his appendix was about to burst(!) on a Sunday when he was home. My car wouldn't start and he stayed with me on the phone while in agony (I didn't quite believe him) to make sure I was okay & my car was taken care of. Now THAT'S going above and beyond!! I had been looking to possibly trade my 2009 FX50 for a 2012 but, before I could even think about it seriously, we got into a nasty accident due to no fault of our own. I was adamant about staying with Perry Infiniti because of Mike. I trust him & wasn't ready to move on. He introduced me to Sasha early on (when I was thinking about the trade). She was wonderful! Not pushy, but very informative and even more friendly. I like to think we've become friends - even after my husband insisting on a price that I'm not sure they were ready for. She, Erice, Lance, and Craig, were all so professional, fair, and funny that we felt right at home. Deborah Falk is the owner. I sent her an e-mail regarding my accident and the generosity/friendliness of her employees. She was on vacation but took time out (about 2 hours later) to respond to my message. She was genuine and caring about my family's accident and, like her employees, I know I can trust her. This is not in the LEAST a solicited recommendation. I have never sent anyting like it before regarding a car dealership and, I can tell you I've seen them all(!) being that the QX is my 16th car. They are a rare breed at Perry and, should you choose to walk in, I guarantee that you won't be sorry and most likely will leave with at least one new friend. My father is shopping for a new car, as are a few friends of mine, and he/they have assured me that they will give Perry Infiniti a try. I feel confident that they will all thank me later after driving off in the car that fits their needs. I have a girlfriend who owns the same QX as I and she has had nothing but problems with the dealership she was working with (where she bought it). Since my experience, she has made an appointment with Perry to have the work done on her car that will make it "complete" for her. Again, I feel very confident that she will be more than pleased with their service. I cannot say enough about these people! From the receptionists to the Service Manager to the Owner, they are all terrific friends to have. I wish them all Gods-speed and may they have a wonderful, prosperous New Year! I purchased a beautiful 09 Infiniti G37 Journey Coupe from Jeff and Craig and then had it serviced by Dan. What a class outfit! No pressure and they beat the interest rate that I brought to them by over from Jeff and Craig and then had it serviced by Dan. What a class outfit! No pressure and they beat the interest rate that I brought to them by over 1%. They called and checked in with me several times after making a very fair (to all) deal and then did exactly what had been promised at the time of purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this Dealership and their team. Gotta tell you, I LOVE this car and all the goodies that go with it, including the special way I am treated by Perry Infiniti. Oh, and it IS quick as well as pure class! I'll be doing business with Perry Infinti again for sure! This has been without a doubt, the best auto buying experience of my life. More

These guys are the best of the best of the BEST. Took me over a year to find a used car I really liked. I have been driving the same car for 12 years. It's not easy to just find a car that feels like my old Acura TL. I didn't like the new Acura's. Forget about the jerks in Carlsbad. At Perry Escondido Dean let me test drive as many cars I wanted. I kept going to Lexus,Audi the other Infiniti dealer but their prices suck and they just don't care about the customer. We have a Lexus and I didn't buy it in Carlsbad and I certainly don't use their service center. I stopped by Perry Infiniti to test drive a 2008 Infiniti EX-35 with chestnut interior. But Dean was with a customer. Ivan offered to help. I said, no thank you. I wanted to wait for Dean. I met Dean a year ago and he is just very cool. No hassle. I noticed a few people walking around the lot and I didn't want that EX to get off the lot without me. I had a second to rap with Dean and he said jump in the car with Ivan. Great advice. Ivan picked up right where Dean left off. Ivan knows the car so well. Great family guy. He even let me drive it down to my wife's office in Rancho Bernardo. The EX has a lot of horsepower and it's so quite. She loved it. Ivan was very patient with us. Dean always let me test the car on the freeway. Not all dealerships let me do this with their cars. We got back, I had a chance to speak with Lance who is so nice. He gave me a great price on the EX. But how much were they going to give me for my old Acura TL with 220,000 miles? I had a emergency call and I couldn't wait. Thank God Craig called me the next day. He said "$3000 for the Acura" I didn't haggle because I didn't want him to change his mind. I wanted to jump on this, I explained my down payment check needed to be held for 3 weeks. Craig said "no problem". He held my $6000 check and they got me a rate with US Bank way lower than my Navy Federal Credit Union. 1st time that has happened in 30 years! I couldn't drive off because Dean had to give me about a half class on my dream car. It's like a rocket with all the bells. I'm still learning what it can do. I love it. This is all a true story I'm not making this up. Veterans don't get many breaks. But I did at Perry Escondido. Thank you Dean, Ivan, Lance & Craig. You guys made me and my wife so happy. Everyday has been fun driving this EX-35. Once the dust settles, we plan to trade in her Lexus ES 350 for the new infiniti M class.. at the end of the year. Can't Wait. More
I have had my 2008 FX 35 serviced at this dealership for 2 1/2 years. The Service personnel especially Dan and Jeff have been wonderful to work with. When I needed new tires, I shopped around and to my surprise, this dealership had the best tires for the money. I was in for service the other day, and because my lease was coming due in about 4 or 5 months, I asked Chris Evans what sort of deals they were offering what with the soft economy and everything. (Chris had stopped by Dan's office and introduced himself on a previous service visit.) Chris explained about the "pull ahead" program whereby I could turn in my lease vehicle early and possibly have some "equity" in it. After sitting down with Chris and Sales Manager "Lance" and crunching some numbers, Chris invited me for a test drive of two models that I had expressed interest in. The G25 and G37 4 door sedans. Both were fine, but I really liked the potential fuel economy of the G25 especially with gas prices approaching $4.00 per gallon in my area of San Diego. Plenty of power for me with the 218 hp. engine. After the test drives Lance, Chris and I worked out a 39 month lease on a new 2011 G25 with the Journey package. I won't go into all of the details, but I will say that I am extremely happy with the low drive off and excellent payment which is about $200. a month less than my FX 35 lease payment was. This savings, coupled with my estimated $80.00 per month fuel savings with the G25 really improves my cash flow. Steve Kurtz Rancho Bernardo, Calif. More
