I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t want the info during the time my oil was being changed. I also went to that department and stood there for at least 5min or longer and nobody came to help. I felt that Perry Infiniti of Escondido is overpriced for the service I received. More

The Service Department was excellent as always! It was time for 90k maintenance, I've had issues with my instrument panel not operating correctly as well as my manual shift. The diagnosis found these items needed replacing also my radiator was leaking and back brakes needed to be replaced. This was more than I could afford to fix at this time. Memo went over which items were most critical. Memo applied as many discounts coupons I had available to lower my cost, for which I greatly appreciate. They provided a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous at all times. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2006 and has been bringing my car here for service ever since. More

Over-priced Oil change included a Poor "Complimentary" Wash I was in for an oil change and a engine light that was on for several weeks then mysteriously turned off on its own. Service contact was friendly (sorry, can't recall her name) and oil change was fine, although $44 for an oil change even after a $10 coupon is ridiculous. The "complimentary" wash seemed to leave my car dirtier than when I arrived; streaks and pollen marks all over and smudges on the windows from the use of dirty rags. If you are going to charge outrageous prices for basic services then the "complimentary" add-ons should be impeccable. More
