Good at first At first, I had a great experience. The internet sales employee Thomas was fantastic. But after the deal was done, the service was not the best. It has now been 1 month since I traded my car in for a new Infiniti Q50. As of today my car I traded in still has not been paid off. I am now paying for a car I do not even have possession of. I have been told by finance 3 times that a payoff check was overnighted to my bank, which has not Happened. I have left 3 messages for the general manager who has not returned one call. I have also left several messages for Marcos in the finance department that have not been returned. I then went to try to contact Thomas the guy who sold me the car who also did not return my calls or texts. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, but for the most part the dealer did a good job. They just need to work on their follow up skills. More
