Unlawful sales tactics and fail to deliver registration Very frustrated with Perry of Escondido. First off the sales tactics were unlawful. I came in pre-approved through my bank with check in hand. The sales person as well as the sales manager tried forcing me to sign a loan application. I had financing in hand, but the dealer says, “Sorry, federal law requires a credit check. The Patriot Act, you know.” I told them they can have my social security number and that they are welcome to run a criminal background check on me however they were persistent to get me their own financing so they can get their cut off the top. They wouldn't sell me the car without signing he said. So I signed the document and wrote at the top that I do not give them permission to run a shotgun blast to every creditor they were affiliated with. This would have dramatically hurt my credit report. After very tense back and forth their demeanor changed for the worst. I bought the vehicle anyway but am now regretting. I purchased the car in December and it is now March 20th and i've yet to receive my registration. I have called their personal DMV clerk and left 4 messages as well as talked to sales manager Brian who said he'd get right on it and call me back. Its been 2 weeks and I've left Brian 3 messages for with no response. Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Should have bought the Audi I really wanted. More

He always makes sure your needs are taken care of, and even better, he allows you to feel better about your concerns.
