Quote on additional work was extremely high Perry Infiniti quoted additional work that I did not have done on the order of $2500-$3000. I was not offered a written quote so have no idea how the Perry Infiniti quoted additional work that I did not have done on the order of $2500-$3000. I was not offered a written quote so have no idea how the quote was justified in the service depts mind. Contacted my usual mechanic. Quoting $800. I expect to pay a bit of a premium at the dealer and don't mind doing so. But I don't see any justification for the quote I received. Will not be coming back. More

Outstanding service My vehicle had a rattling noise coming from overhead. It turned out that the roof rails are starting to come out from its mount. My service adviser My vehicle had a rattling noise coming from overhead. It turned out that the roof rails are starting to come out from its mount. My service adviser had to order a set of roof side rails to replace the factory installed set. Parts came in early as expected and my service adviser was able to schedule the vehicle the earliest time possible. I was provided a rental vehicle free of charge and repair was done earlier than promised. The quality of work was outstanding as the side rails appeared to be tighter than the original set. I was very happy with the service from Perry Infiniti. More

The tech made changes without owner approval I had synthetic oil in engine. Came in for oil change and tech put in regular oil without asking me. At check out, the tech is telling me about inspections and sign here, then asks for payment and im out the door. I found out after i left wondering why the bill was so low. I thought i had a great coupon or something. Now i have to go back and get the right oil. Another 2 hours there. More
