We took several weeks (and test drives) to decide which M we were going to get, and we never felt pressured. Our purchasing day was hassle free, and we felt that we got a great deal. They are the only people I've ever had service my 2008 G37 coupe. On a recent visit we noticed the rubber sealer around the trunk had split. Over 60,000 miles so I figured it was my cost. Two days after my visit, Ashley sent me an e-mail advising me she had gone to the service manager and asked for an exception to cover the cost to replace the seal. They immediately agreed to pick up all costs to reward me for being a loyal customer. Besides being very customer oriented, Ashley is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable person.
