INFINITI of Elk Grove

I brought my 2003 M45 in for a recall service. It is a little intimedating bringing an 11 year old car to a dealership for service. But, Jeff made me feel like my car was a 2013 model, with his attention to detail, manner and care for my issue. it would have been easy to do the paperwork and get me out, as I was not paying for the services. But instead he took his time to explaine everything (complimented my car) checked to make sure I was comfortable with everything he explained. First of all, my everyday vehicle is a 2007 BMW 740i, and the service I receive when I take it to the BMW dealer is not even close to Infiniti of Elk Grove. Every person I encountered, from the detail person to the employees walking by, greeted me and asked how I was doing. It's all about customer service! GREAT Job! More

Had a wonderful experience! This was the only dealership that gave us a great price up front without the willing and dealing mess. I was in the market for a pre-owned Infiniti G35 sedan, as I had owned one previously and absolutely loved it. From the time I arrived at Elk Grove Infiniti on 5/4/2013, when Rico Estrada greeted me, I fel as I had owned one previously and absolutely loved it. From the time I arrived at Elk Grove Infiniti on 5/4/2013, when Rico Estrada greeted me, I felt completely at ease. I advised him of what I was looking for, explaining that I had seen a specific vehicle online and wanted to take a closer look. He showed me the vehicle (a 2008 G35 Sedan), as well as others available in stock. When I expressed my particular interest in the vehicle I had seen online, he asked if I would like to take it for a test drive, which I did. During our test drive he explained the different features of the car, including the Navigation, Seat Memory Settings, Blutooth connectivity, back-up camera, all the while keeping our conversation light, friendly and absolutely pressure free. Upon returning to the dealership, he asked what I though about the car to which I replied that I liked it very much. He asked if I wanted to go over some numbers to which I replied yes. I was up-front ad advised Mr. Estrada that I was already approved for financing for a little more than the listed price of the vehicle. I advised that if they could make the cost of the car, including tax, title, and licensing fees fit my financing, then I would certainly drive the car home that day. Though my already-approved financing certainly made the purchase easier, it is no doubt the hospitality, consideration, kindsness, ease, and professionalism of the Elk Grove Infiniti staff, especially Mr. Estrada that made my purchase experience an absolute joy. I have already told all of my friends and family (via Facebook), as well as my co-workers about my wonderful experience, highly recommending Elk Grove Inifniti and Mr. Estrada as the Sales Specialist to see. Thank you so much for making what can certainly be a very stressful ordeal into a wonderful experience (especially for someone like me who is re-establishing my credit)! I will certainly be back for another Infiniti (my 3rd!) when it is time to purchase another vehicle, and will hope and pray that Mr. Estrada is still working at this dealership.
