I purchased a pre-owned certified G35 from them in March 2007 and the sales experience was initially very unsatisfactory and frustrating owing to poor, unprofessional salesmanship and customer service. Their staff initially failed to live up to their promise of providing me with a full set of keys and were otherwise quite boorish and unprofessional when it came to customer relations, even while selling the car. However, after my negative review at this site a year later, their customer relationship manager Amy Rothenberger went a long way to alleviate my grievances by regularly emailing, calling and listening to the problems I had with them. She informed me that they have let go of their offending staff and are working hard to improve their customer relations. She helped to have the key made at another local dealership (since I live far away from Elk Grove), which I think is a highly commendable gesture. I therefore believe I can recommend new customers to give this dealership a try. More
Poor follow through with customer calls. I have been trying to get a spare key for 1 month without any return calls. No offer has been made to recode the key. And, an installer found a major default w trying to get a spare key for 1 month without any return calls. No offer has been made to recode the key. And, an installer found a major default with one of the fuses where as he was driving the car on the freeway, the computer completely shut off and so did the car. I emailed Matt with no respone. I am fearful of driving this car because it is not safe. Again, no response to my inquiry. It appears that once the car is sold, nobody cares what happens to the customer or the customer's safety.
