Originally, I came to Nissan to have my 1993 240SX serviced. I have been doing business with Nissan and John Brooks for 15+ years and they have given me nothing but outstanding, quality service. The entire team is always extremely courteous and friendly! Because my 240SX is aging and starting to cost me a small fortune to keep up now, Tommy Davis approached me and suggested maybe it's time to get a new car. I've had conversations with Tommy about my 240SX in the past so he is very familiar with the history of the car. Tommy showed me a few cars and asked me what are the most important things I want in a car--I told him appearance and speed. He then took me over to show me a 2013 Infiniti G37 S Journey Sport Coupe. We took it for a test drive and I just loved it! I was hesitant whether or not I could even think about getting it because of my credit, can I afford it, etc. Tommy and Marco worked out some figures, some magic and I ended up driving it home that afternoon. I couldn't be more satisfied as it was the most pleasant and exciting experience purchasing a car from Infiniti. I've always bragged about how wonderful Nissan is. Now I brag about how well Infiniti and Tommy takes care of me as well. I still have my 240SX, but I am very happy with my new purchase; and, am looking forward to continuing to do business with Nissan/Infiniti for many years ahead. If you want the best, Nissan/Infiniti are superior and will go beyond excellent customer service and exceeds the standards in all areas. More
I had a great experience purchasing a 2014 QX60 from Sal & Blake. I had actually gone down to buy a 2013 shipped up from another dealer, but it was scratched, so Blake located a 2014 on the lot that actuall & Blake. They were so patient, worked through lunch, even offered to buy my lunch and really went out of their way to get me the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Jeremy and Victor in parts are very knowledgible and helpful in getting accessories I needed. Rena is so gracious at the front desk. John in Finance was a real joy to work with, no pressure. Marco, the GM, was kind to approve all of my requests. Overall a great buying experience, even if it took most of the day, and I have recommended this dealer to others. I have purchased many luxury cars often from remote dealers and had them delivered to my home, it is nice to buy one locally. Love driving the QX60 and all the luxury and safety features, but so far the gas mileage is far below EPA City estimate & I am only getting 13-15 mpg city, even in Eco mode. More
I came in to the Infiniti dealership while having my BMW serviced (again). I was in a hurry, so Marco asked what I was looking for, got my name and number, and the info I needed. I requested that it be emailed to me for my convenience. Cecile emailed quotes on various vehicles and lease terms in a timely manner. (And we did ask for a lot of different information regarding lease terms, vehicles, down payments, etc.) She also came in on her day off (we came in three different times). Don was there when we finally decided to get it and was courteous, thorough and professional. Both were a pleasure to work with. Blake was professional and honest. He listened to what we were looking for in terms of payments and made it happen! It doesn't get any easier than that. He is truly an asset to Infiniti and was a pleasure to work with. He made an otherwise arduous process very enjoyable. We purchased that day because Blake was able to get us a better deal than Marin, San Jose and Serramonte! Don and Blake explained features and navigation, etc. in detail. They also invited us to come in any time or to call either the dealership or their cell phones if we had any questions or problems. They worked together as a team to make sure that the VERY large phonebook in my cell phone was able to download. A true lifesaver as my car is my second office. They also hooked up the bluetooth from my phone to the car prior to purchase because I wanted to make sure that it worked together (I had a problem with our BMW and have to use an earpiece - very annoying). Last, but not least, we also appreciated the free soda machine (his favorite thing) and newspaper. I like that the waiting area was a separate room and very comfortable. More

Details about the car were explained thoroughly, and I was encouraged to take a long test drive on various types of roads to get a true feel for the car. Sal was a very cool guy and injected humor throughout the buying experience. He threw in a couple perks at the end to sweeten the deal, and I was very satisfied. In contrast, my experience at the Infiniti dealership in Roseville was completely different. The sales people weren't as engaged (one even cut me off mid-sentence to take a cell phone call), and I don't feel that they listened to what I wanted in a car. I felt like they were steering me towards what they had on the lot and not what I wanted. They took my name and number, but I never got a call back. I felt very out of place at their dealership. With Sal, I feel like I got what I wanted and MORE! I left feeling very satisfied. Reflecting on the sale, I would have liked to get a slightly lower interest rate, but that may or may not have been in the dealerships control. Other than that, I look forward to working with this dealership for future service appointments and the installation of new features on my car! More
Came in looking for a used car, but they were able to make a very good deal for me on a new G37 even with challenged credit. They were up front and worked to get the payment within my budget. The past few visits to the dealership I have had the distinct pleasure of having Ashley as my Service Consultant. During one visit, one of my Infiniti's, an older one, had a few issues that needed attention. Ashley was very prompt in keeping contact with me to explain the progress of fixing the problems. I am not sure what the standard is for a service consultant. However, whatever that standard is, I am sure that Ashley has blown up those boxes.I have lived in several parts of the country and have had quite a bit of experience with automobile dealerships. I cannot think of a more pleasant experience than having Ashley to deal with when a vehicle needs service. She is the consummate professional. More

I can't say enough good about the employees who helped me with the purchase of my new car. The quality of the customer service makes all the difference in business and sales. The team here was extremely polite, attentive and patient. A week ago my wife and I visited several other dealerships in addition to Infiniti of Elk Grove. Only Infiniti and Don Hunter followed up our visit with a phone call to say thanks for coming in and checked to see how our car search was going. Obviously I was an important potential customer to them and this simple act really helped us to decide where to buy a car from. (Along with the fact that we liked the Infiniti more than any other vehicle we looked at.) This dealership and the employees have earned my respect and I will be returning for the next vehicle I buy. I am offeed a vehicle and i just simply ask for a ride to work (8 minutes away). I get a call back at the time that the car was promised and my service needs are fully met.
