I have purchased four cars in the last three years from EG Infiniti. About a month ago I had the pleasure of driving away in the new Q60 IPL Convertible. I have to say, it is awesome to work with Peter. He is knowledgeable, polite, and does not pressure the customer in any way. I had first went the Infiniti dealership in Roseville and had a horrible experience. They acted like calculating a lease payment was top secret and that if I wasn't willing to let them run my credit and buy had a horrible experience. They literally pushed me out the door. I was ready to walk away with a vehicle until they treated me like that. So, I came to Infiniti in Elk Grove and was overwhelmed at how different they operated. It was litterally a 180 degree difference. They were friendly, up-front with their pricing and promotions, and willing to work with me no matter what. I was really impressed and would say that this was my BEST car dealership experience. These guys were awesome! Definitely looking forward to working with them again! More

After going from dealer to dealer i can say that the only dealer that really made me felt welcomed was here. Ron really made this experience fun and more exciting then I thought. Again a warm welcome from Reina and Ashley as Scott walks me to my car to show me the work performed and ended up following up with a phone call at 8 PM to see if the car is ok. Great "Old School" work ethic.
