It is nice to get a "CarMax" experience with a luxury dealership. I have always been impressed that the staff is "no pressure" sales, and extremely knowledgable about their product. He was patient, friendly and answered all of my questions with his wealth of knowledge about vehicles in general but infiniti in particular. He never pressured me about purchasing a car but only gave information about the available vehicles, their features etc. Once I decided what I wanted, Randy got to work right away finding my vehicle. It is a beauty! Once I did purchase (that night!), Randy wanted to make sure that I understood every gadget on my brand new QX! He took the time to show me all that I needed to know. Infiniti of Elk Grove equals--Amazing customer service, tremendous value and outstanding knowledge of cars. I am now driving my third automobile from Infiniti of Elk Grove. These folks are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Randy Ycmat, the associate who assisted me in selecting my latest automobile (an M35 sport) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to decide which model would serve my needs. Randy was also great on follow-up to make certain that everything was good and to answer any questions that I might have regarding the automobile. On another note, the service department at this dealership is also very professional and friendly. A few things to know about the customer lounge...they serve great coffee and the internet actually works--- and is fast too. If my service appointment is going to last 60 minutes, I just bring my lap top and respond to emails and get some work done. If you have a major service, they will provide you a loaner car and it actually has some gas in it and it is clean. They do ask you to re-fill the gas tank for what you used...this is only fair. Lastly, these folks are always following-up with you to make certain that you are a satisfied customer. I do not believe they will ever disappoint, but if they do disappoint, I think they would bend over backwards to make things right. Tom B. More
