We have rated elkgrove infiniti an overall 5 on customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience as well as price. Salvador and Blake assisted us in purchasing our new infiniti g37. We al service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience as well as price. Salvador and Blake assisted us in purchasing our new infiniti g37. We also had a newer employee help us out who was spectacular but unfortunately we couldn't find her name in the employee directory. The reason we rated 5's across of each category was because we have never had an experience as such. Sal, Blake, Kyle as well as the new employee went out of their way to make our experience incredible. We told them exactly what our budget was and they worked with us until we found what was affordable. We really appreciated the extra effort that was given by Blake. We definitely kept him busy until he got us exactly what we were comfortable with. Overall, We really appreciated the honesty and overall friendliness of these employees. Sal took several extra steps to make us feel right at home. In fact, because of him we have already recommended several family members and friends to go and ask for him. Kyle also made the process go very smooth and fast. The paperwork literally took less than 15 mins. He also took his time to explain each and every question we had thoroughly and let me tell you we had several questions. If it wasn't for these employees our experience wouldn't have been as extraordinary as it was. Thanks again elkgrove infiniti...you guys are the best! More

I have to say that i am very pleased with my recent car buying experience at elk grove infiniti. He was a book of knowledge answering all our questions which alieviated our concerns and resulted in our purchase. It also helped that he was able to worked with our trade in and brought down the price on the vehicle we really wanted. I absolutley love my new car and the service i've recieved thus far has exceeded my expectations.
