He also explained to us the various vehicle options as well as our purchase and lease options. No suprises, no high pressure. We give Ron the highest rating possible. Our salesman, Will Ng was a pleasure to work with, after my wife commented she also want to look at a Nissan Pathfinder before deciding on the QX60, Will was nice enough to take us to the Nissan dealership because Will said "I want you to make the best choice for yourself". We test drove the Pathfinder Premium, we also test drove a Highlander and Explorer, and after looking at all the offers, Will's offer was the best no only in terms of our budget, but the QX60 was a more superior vehicle and had the most 3rd room. The process was simple with Will, and it also easy with Trent, the finance manager, and Will even spent time with us after the purchase to go over all the ins and outs of the QX60. Having experience BMW, Ford, and Chrysler, it was a pleasant surprise to find that Infiniti of Elk Grove is a top notch dealership with customer service as their focal point. Sal and Marco were great to deal with. I did not come into the dealership to purchase an Infinity, as I was interested in a Hyundai Genesis (due to their financing). Sal and Marco were able to match ever into the dealership to purchase an Infinity, as I was interested in a Hyundai Genesis (due to their financing). Sal and Marco were able to match everything I wanted in the Genesis and they did so without any pressure. After purchasing the car, Sal followed up with excellent service, which includes setting up the Bluetooth and seat adjustment/memory.
