I traded in my Infiniti G37 Coupe for a Sedan so that I can carry around my grandchildren, the Coupe wasn't going to work very well with 2 car seats. Ron Abbott was Great to work with, he is very knowledgeable about the Infiniti products and made the entire experience painless. Trent Smith was the Sales Manager for that day and helped with the financing through your Infiniti Lease program, I wasn't too sure about leasing the vehicle until Ron explained it to us. We are very happy with our purchase so far, the Q50 is beautiful and very nice to drive, I love the power and the look of the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy. It was a hassle free and very friendly experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with setting up the stereo system, seat memory and Bluetooth features. Everything was explained, and they then took time to ask us if we had any additional questions. There were cold drinks, snacks and hot coffee for us to enjoy, and the purchase included free car washes for life AND free towing for life! The waiting area was very plush with leather seats and a big screen TV. Hands down the nicest car buying experience we've ever had at a dealership. More

I called the Infiniti of Elk Grove service department to acertain if they would look at my rear aluminum 20 inch wheel on my M37s that I scraped on a curb. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Sc acertain if they would look at my rear aluminum 20 inch wheel on my M37s that I scraped on a curb. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Scott Lance. He looked at my wheel and stated he would have Johnathon Panish form a opinion. Johnathon stated he could fix the wheel. I had my doubts at first because there were deep grooves in the wheel. I was leaning on purchasing a new wheel until the price was quoted. I agreed to have the wheel refurbished. I was given a loaner car for the day. I arrived later in the day to pick up my M37s. I looked at the rear wheel that was refurbished and it looked brand spanking new! I looked at all four wheels and each one looked brand new. I was extremely satisfied with the work! Thank you Johnathon, you deserve a raise!!! Great work!!!! More
