Used Car Purchase We went to the Elk Grove Auto Mall looking for a used car. We checked out several vehicles on the Nissan and Infiniti lots. Ron came over and introduc We went to the Elk Grove Auto Mall looking for a used car. We checked out several vehicles on the Nissan and Infiniti lots. Ron came over and introduced himself to us when we arrived at the Infiniti dealership. We told him we were still looking around and would let him know if we wanted to test drive any vehicles. We ended up test driving the Hyundai Elantra and Nissan Versa. Overall, the Hyundai had what we were looking for in terms of fuel efficiency and inside space and chose to put in an offer on the vehicle. For this experience overall it was too much back and forth taking 30 minutes for them to tell us that they really couldn't negotiate until they ran a credit report. That was not a big deal and I truly wish they would have stated that up front instead of wasting 30 minutes of useless back and forth. Ultimately, we were able to knock about $1000 off the price of the car, which we felt was fair as the unit was a previous rental and had some cosmetic issues to address. More

My wife and I were able to browse the lot to find the car we were interested in not the one the salesmen wanted to sell us. After choosing a car of interest, Will went over all the controls and features of the car even before we took a test drive. After the test drive he asked us what we wanted on the car and helped us find one. We weren't sure of our eligibility to buy a new car, but again Will and Trent put us at ease and did the legwork and found us a great interest rate and a payment we could afford. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone especially Will Ng and Trent Smith.
