We worked with Ron Abbott on this purchase and Ron was great to work with, answered every question we had and actually made the buying experience a great experience. I actually connected with Ron when I called in on a Sunday morning about a car I had seen online late Saturday night. Ron looked into it and informed me that the car had actually sold the day before -- then asked if he could help me find a car that would meet our needs. I described what we were looking for and he took my name and number and said he would call me back shortly with some options/ideas. We ended up talking a couple of times that morning as he continued to search his inventory and come up with options that would meet the things I told him I was looking for. He really listened to me and what I was looking for/our family needed and didn't try to push other things on me. He came up with a few great options and so I told him we would be in shortly (we live in Fair Oaks). An hour later we were at the dealership looking over the options Ron had come up with - no heavy pressure, just good information and a willingness to listen and help. Had a great experience and would recommend Ron to anybody who needed to find the right car. More

wow!! This was our first time at infinti of elk grove and let me say what an awesome experience it was. He took us for a test ride, and let me say weve been to other dealerships and never did they take time like Ron did to really show the capabilities of the car. Getting back to the lot we were Sold! He ran our credit and brought over his manager Trent and needless to say such exceptional customer service he gave us as well. We kept them there after closing hours and not once did they change their attitudes nor make us feel rushed. Overall were happy with our purchase and with infinti dealership.
