Sold on Infiniti of Elk Grove I've purchased my last three cars in Roseville, but I sent an email inquiry to Elk Grove and got an instant response from Geoff. I was immediately impressed with his customer service. He didn't waste my time- he gave me the best price quote right away and made the entire process very transparent. We drove over an hour to do business with Geoff and Elk Grove Infiniti and it was well worth it. I was in and out within 2 hours and left a happy owner of a new Q50. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and specifically, Geoff. More

Worst Service Experience Ever Its unfortunate that every time I go to this dealership to service my vehicle, I have a horrible experience. On August 19th, I went to the dealers Its unfortunate that every time I go to this dealership to service my vehicle, I have a horrible experience. On August 19th, I went to the dealership for my 10,000 mile service. I had a 10:30 appointment which I made specifically after the the morning rush to ensure that they would have time to work on my car in a timely manner. When I arrived, no one was around to check in my vehicle. I spoke to the receptionist and she asked me to have a seat while she found someone to check it in. I WAITED AN HOUR - checking in every 10-15 minutes - without anyone coming in to take care of me. Eventually the receptionist came back in and suggested that I go to the "Quick Lube" down the street because it would be faster. This is the point where I decided to leave. Unfortunately this is not the only time that I had poor service. On the 5,000 mile checkup, I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours. When I checked in, they still weren't done with the vehicle. When I explained that I had to go back to my job, they offered me a loaner car and promised that the car would be done then next day. When I returned the vehicle 24 hours later, my car still wasn't finished!!! My service coordinator Ashley is very nice - and to be fair, she was not in that day. But that is no excuse for poor service. The facility is clean and the people tend to be friendly. But I can't understand how anyone considers this service to be 5 stars. I have a call into Marco the General Manager on this matter. I can only hope that he is sensitive to these matters and improves the way its service teams treat their customers. More

Unexpected surprise I went in to Infiniti of Elk Grove to rule out the QX60, since I was pretty set on the Acura MDX. The test drive was wonderful. Rico gave a no pressur I went in to Infiniti of Elk Grove to rule out the QX60, since I was pretty set on the Acura MDX. The test drive was wonderful. Rico gave a no pressure test drive showing the many features of the car. Rico even let me do a side by side comparison with the MDX. Rico and Trent made the entire process easy and actually very enjoyable! More
