worst experience we had an apt with Will Ng. He was rude, argumentative, condescending. We were concerned with the mileage on the car we went to see, he laughed at us we had an apt with Will Ng. He was rude, argumentative, condescending. We were concerned with the mileage on the car we went to see, he laughed at us and said "it's nothing". We asked to see the pricing from Costco to compare it with their invoice price since that is what Costco said to do when we got there. He refused to provide any answers. He said he was the manager and he can come up with any numbers he wanted. When we said we would have to think about it, he got angry, stated "I went and got the car and your not even going to buy it". This was the worst experience we ever encountered and we will NEVER go to this dealership again. We still intend to buy an infiniti, we will just go somewhere else. More
