I have to honestly say that I have never had such a wonderful experience with any other car dealer until I have dealt with Infinity of Elk Grove . In dealing with the sales representative, "Will Ng", and the finance manager, Trent Smith", they were very honest, sincere, knowledgeable, non pressuring, helpful, and they had a great sense of humor . Since I know many people, when the occasion arises I will highly recommend that people go to Infiniti of Elk Grove for the purchase of a new or used vehicle . More
Incredible experience! I leased my new Q60 on Feb 9th. I have never owned a vehicle of this caliber, but I found myself in a position to finally get the vehicle I wanted aft I leased my new Q60 on Feb 9th. I have never owned a vehicle of this caliber, but I found myself in a position to finally get the vehicle I wanted after many years of hard work. I began my search online in early January at multiple dealerships, and not just Infiniti. There were a few luxury cars I was considering, and the experience was going to help guide my decision as much as the deal. Everywhere else, I felt like my situation was given no consideration, and there was no inquiry where a sales rep didn't go for the jugular and try to aggressively close the sale. I found this very off putting. When you have somebody that you know has spent a lifetime driving Hondas and Toyotas and is making their first major purchase (I could buy two Accords and still have several thousand dollars left over in comparison to this purchase), I'd expect a little more thoughtfulness during the buying process. Enter Infiniti of Elk Grove. THIS is the experience I was hoping for. A much more concierge like dealership. Rico and Peter recognized my trepidation, and even though there were people in the showroom that were obviously looking to take a car home that day, they never rushed me through anything, even though it was clear that I was going through the painfully slow motions of making myself comfortable with it and was not going to buy that day. He involved Marco, the GM, who showed the same cool, forward thinking concern, and didn't use that involvement as an opportunity to escape and grab another prospect. He diligently followed up, but was never pushy. When I finally did buy, it felt like the natural, happy end to my journey. They knew their product inside and out, but they let me sell myself on the car. The people and the dealership were the clincher for me. Kyle in finance showed the same integrity as his team members, and made it a point to show me products that would be beneficial to me and the way I would need them throughout the course of ownership. In the end, I bought here because I felt like a client, not a customer. Every interaction I had with them exuded professionalism, and I truly feel like they have my back even after the sale. Infiniti as a corporation has created a new loyalist by having these fine individuals represent them at the dealership level. And the free lifetime carwashes and vacuuming along with the free service and a whole slew of other extras that they exclusively provide at their own expense didn't hurt either. :) In the end, I am a very happy camper and look forward to future purchases right here at Elk Grove Infiniti! More

I have heard horror stories of the car buying experience regarding sales people pressuring you and haggling you for every dollar. However, my experience at Infiniti of Elk Grove was quite the opposite. Rico Estrada helped me right away. He was friendly and personable. He treated me with respect. I came alone which is something that sales people fed off of, but I did not feel that one bit. . Him and the sales manager, Trent Smith, worked with me and my finances. They did not come back with different price ranges trying to haggle me. They came back with a number that was what I had asked for. I told them that I was willing to trade in my car, but couldn't get a hold of my brother who was interested in buying my car . They went above and beyond and told me that if I decided to purchase the vehicle today and traded in my old car, and if my brother wanted the car that they would sell it to him for the same amount I traded it for. What?!?! Talk about exceptional customer service. They have the credibility to back up why they are California's dealer of the year two years in a row! Thank you Rico and Trent for such your amazing and pleasant customer service! More

As A Woman Buyer, I Couldn't Have Felt More Comfortable I was feeling a little insecure about purchasing a new automobile without a male there to guide me. It was the 1st time I would be signing the paperw I was feeling a little insecure about purchasing a new automobile without a male there to guide me. It was the 1st time I would be signing the paperwork and taking full responsibility for any/all decision making. I found the vehicle I wanted online & sent an automated inquiry. Will Ng called me right away and answered my questions in a straight forward way minus the over eager sales push. He put me at ease so much so that we set up a time to meet and I drove all the way from Santa Cruz to Elk Grove with complete confidence that I would be driving home in the car I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by everyone with a smile and a "hello" and a genuine sense that they seemed almost as happy as I was to be buying the car of my dreams. My trade-in went smoothly. The paperwork went as I imagined. Everything went exactly as planned. When I arrived back to Santa Cruz, I had my mechanic put it up in the air and he said that it looked perfect! I now am the prideful owner of a Chrysler Crossfire that runs great and looks even better! Thank you, Will Ng and company for making this experience better than what I had hoped for. No one had any idea about my file and supposive approval. They put me in 1 vehicle after 2 hours later they tell me oh that vehicle wont work too expensive. Mind you I had been pawned off on 2 seperate sales guys. They never had an approval for me cuz the dealership I bought my vehicle from checked Into it. Full of lies and b.s. Completely unorganized the original guy Blake I was suppose to meet was not available either. Wasted my time. 3rd day I was told to another vehicle would work never happened. They have the worst customer service and are extremely rude. Run far away it was a nightmare. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I emailed the owner directly of the dealership of my experience. More
