I had my eye on that car for months but timing wasn't working out. Thank goodness I waited because the price had gone down significantly. The purchasing process was easy and smooth. Erik and Trent were helpful and very nice. Making my first service appointment was a breeze too. I just gave Erik a call and he helped me within an hour of calling him. The only complaint (and it's kind of silly) is that buying a car takes time which everyone knows that and there's no getting around that. But, a pregnant lady has to eat! Infiniti didn't have any snacks so I had to walk across the street. Not a huge deal but a vending machine might be nice in case customers are there for longer periods of time. All in all - I would definitely recommend Infiniti Elk Grove to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. You can't beat unlimited FREE car washes! More

A Luxury Dealership That Treats You Like a Luxury Customer After much research I finally decided on the the right car for me, Infiniti QX70--my first new car purchase ever (I am over 50). I started shopping fo After much research I finally decided on the the right car for me, Infiniti QX70--my first new car purchase ever (I am over 50). I started shopping for a dealership -- the dealer nearest to me had a very nice internet manager but another sales person took over after I test drove the car and he was very intimidating. The dealership in Marin was trying to sell me another car before I even got off the phone (sigh). I started emailing, Will Ng, a super helpful internet manager at the Elk Grove dealership. He even sent me a written quote for the car I had picked out on line. So when I got to the dealership we had already agreed on a price, Kyle, the finance manager, found me a very low interest rate (1.9%) and I had a great experience. I got a fair price for my car too (according to Edmonds). Will even came to my house a week after the purchase to help with the technical stuff I couldn't figure out myself (getting the garage door opener to sync with HomeLink and getting the music on my iPhone to play on the car stereo). Both these issue were caused by my equipment not the QX70-but Will fixed them anyway-my garage door has a roving code so Will had to reset my garage door transmitter on the box of the garage door opener. My iPhone needed me to install the latest version of the software. After I did, I had no trouble playing music from my iPhone playlists. The QX70 is a super luxury car and this dealership treated my like a super luxury customer. Thanks Will! More

They were so kind and extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had. I will be returning because of them. The reason this review is not receiving 5 stars is because of the sales specialist. While I understand that people need to make a sale, to earn a living, Christian Gonzales did an awful job. I did not appreciate his sales tactic. I'm not sure if belittling people ever works in order to make a sale, at least in my college courses in marketing, that's never been a tactic. I understand that reverse psychology can be a tactic, but making someone feel inferior is absolutely wrong. Furthermore, because someone purchases a vehicle from Carmax, does not automatically indicate that "one is going to be in and out of the shop" as per Mr. Gonzales indicated. I did not appreciate being belittled and little did Mr. Gonzales know, I did my research prior to purchasing the vehicle. Had I not been assured by Mark & Ashley, I think I would not want to be an Infiniti owner because of the way Mr. Gonzales behaved. Thank you to Mark & Ashley they were truly wonderful. Everyone, from the receptionist to management have always made me feel important no matter what my concern has been. I love the environment. About a year and few months ago I decided to change into a different vehicle. Not only had I regret my purchase but I was COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED with the service I received over the past 15 months. It was as though no one wanted to be there. Customer service skills were so horrible I hated bringing my car in. I decided although I would have to take a loss on my vehicle that I would sell it and not only come back to the infiniti which I love but also come back to a staff of familiar faces. Thank you Ashley Caldwell in (service ) and Tommy Davis in ( extended warranties ) U guys have been AWSOME! in the past and you are still AWSOME! in the present. IT'S SO NICE TO BE BACK HOME. When I purchased my vehicle at this Infiniti, I did not like the Sales staff so much, I felt they took too long to do everything but maybe that was a When I purchased my vehicle at this Infiniti, I did not like the Sales staff so much, I felt they took too long to do everything but maybe that was a sales tactic. Therefore I was hesitant to bring my car here for services but I had the first oil change and services free of charge so I brought my car in. Wow the service department customer service is way better than Sales department customer service. Everyone at service is really good but definetely ask for Jack Sung to be your service consultant. He goes out of his way to help schedule my car in since I have a crazy schedule with two kids. My car always comes out clean when I drop it off to Jack. First couple times I brought it in when I had not met Jack yet, the car was not cleaned well but since meeting Jack, my experience here goes so much more smoothly from drop off to pick up. He updates me on the status of my car, explains costs and does his best to make the process go smoothly for me. I will bring my car here for services for as long as Jack Sung works here. More
