My best car buying experience to date! Elk Grove Infiniti was by far my best car buying experience to date. I had been shopping for a Q50 for basically a month. I had contacted 3 competitors and received reasonable responses, although they could not hit a price mark, there efforts seemed basic with minimal effort. I walked into Elk Grove Infinity extremely pressed for time and passing through on the way back to my office. I knew what I wanted and wrote it down and asked for a price work up to be emailed to me. I handed Will Ng the piece of paper and was back on the highway in 20 minutes. I received the price in my email by 5:44 pm. The deal was exactly what I had been searching for at other dealerships, but the price had hit my mark that I had written down. I drove to Elk Grove the next day and bought the car. I have to say I got a sense of real commitment from the staff of Elk Grove Infinity. Will Ng, Zachary Hall went well beyond my expectations during the car purchase experience. All my questions were answered and everyone took the time to sit down and go over the car in detail, and the same with Finance Department. We appreciated his honesty and sincerity on numerous questions asked, he demonstrated and explained features of the car patiently after I believe reading the expressions on our faces (like I have no idea what you've just said) We'd have that questionable wide eyed straight faced look and he'd have that look like what part of this you're not getting so we'd look at each other after a moment of silence and just start laughing all which made the purchase that more memorable . Would also like to thank Eric Castellanos for the text and email updates especially for the discounted price off the MSRP if not for that the purchase wouldn't have happened.
