The employees at this dealership ooze customer service, including the Service Department. It was time to service my QX50 2 weeks ago, so, I scheduled an appointment using the website...simple and very efficient. Arrived the day of my appointment and was immediately greeted and directed to the customer lounge. Great lounge...they have working wifi, coffee, soft drinks, and even pastries! Audrey Haynes was my service consultant. She demonstrated complete knowledge about my auto and did a wonderful job of explaining the service to be performed. When the service on my QX 50 was completed, Audrey entered into the customer lounge and informed me that my auto was ready and proceeded to share the results of the service and the vehicle inspection report in a very informative manner. Audrey even asked me if I had any questions. I drive from downtown Sacramento to this dealership, and despite the traffic returning to Sacramento, I continue to have my autos serviced at Infiniti of Elk Grove...these folks are just plain good at what they do! Stressful but satisfying We went into the dealership after using a car buying service through USAA. We scheduled an appointment and thought we had reserved the car we wanted. We went into the dealership after using a car buying service through USAA. We scheduled an appointment and thought we had reserved the car we wanted. We decided to go in the night before our morning appointment and drive the car. We fell In love and as we were about to get the paperwork together we were notified that the car was being sold. I was super sad. One of the sales managers, Wilton, had assured me he was going to try his best to find me a replica. He was instantly on the computer trying to find out new car. After days of searching he was not able to find the car we initially wanted, but remained kind and professional. Our salesman Todd was awesome! He is the main reason we decided to stick with Infiniti of Elk Grove. We found a vehicle that wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but It had most of the options we wanted. There were a couple of things that need to be fixed on the car, but we are scheduled for those next week. We were able to negotiate a fair price. After that everything was smooth sailing. Finance was a calm experience and we didn't feel pressured at all. If everything gets repaired as promised I would definitely recommend this dealership. In fact we are planing to come back after the beginning of the year for second family car. More
