Made purchasing my Q50 sweet and simple! I have been going to the dealerships for the past few month looking for a luxury car after purchasing my Nissan Rogue at the beginning of the year. So I thought why don't I look into an Infiniti since I bought my Rogue from next door. I was greeted warmly by William Ng and when I told him I was looking to trade in my Nissan for a luxury car that's all I had to do. I've been looking out for the Q50 and when he showed me all the nice features it had I was hooked. He then introduced me to his General Manager Anthony Triggs and pretty much a few hours later, with no pressure or obligations, I had my new 2016 Q50. They made the process sweet and simple and answered all my questions since this was only my second car purchase in my life. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and in the later future if possible purchase more vehicles from them. He had asked me many questions about my needs in a car and recommended the Q60 based off of what I told him. After a thorough test drive, Alex had discovered the right car for me. I had test drove several other makes from different dealerships, but none was like the test drive at Infiniti of Elk Grove. Alex was very knowledgeable and listened to everything I wanted in a car. Best Car Experience EVER! My husband desperately needed a new car asap, so we took most of our day Sunday to look for a new car not knowing exactly what kind of car we wanted. After several hours looking, test driving, on the brink of starvation (not literal), we came across a Honda CrossTour at Infiniti.
