Lee is a very polite, knowledgeable salesman who was a pleasure to deal with. We decided we needed to think about it for a day and the next morning we decided to pull the trigger. Dissatisfied I purchased a CPO vehicle from Infinity of EG and have had numerous problems. They seem to care less since I’ve already signed off on the vehicle. I would never purchase another vehicle with them. From the sales department to the dealer manager, there only concern is that the sold another vehicle. I haven’t had my vehicle for 2 days and already it has been in the repair shop twice. In addition, to poor customer service they have only offered to provide me with one free oil change for my inconvenience. If you are looking to purchase an Infinity then I would avoid this dealership at all cost. More

When the vehicle was revealed to have an ac problem, Mohamed also worked immediately to have the problem identified. Now a part is en route and the vehicle will be in a few days. Meanwhile Mohamed also set me up with a loaner while i wait, so im not stranded while i wait. He even offered to drive over an hour to drop the vehicle off with me due to my busy schedule.
