False Advertisement 2019 Q50 I got an online offered for the 2019 Q50 2.0t for $28941 included summer cash saving of $1000. I went to the dealer to buy the car. I asked the sales I got an online offered for the 2019 Q50 2.0t for $28941 included summer cash saving of $1000. I went to the dealer to buy the car. I asked the salesmen/internet manager Armeen do they honor their internet offered. He stated that they do honor their internet advertise and offer. During the paperwork process, Armeen and Franscisco went back and forth if they are honoring the $28941 internet advertised. It would be a false advertise if they are not honoring the offer. They somehow came to a agreement to honor their internet offer. Franscisco start work on the paperwork, about an hour later he said that there is a fraud alert on my credit and he can't complete the finance part. He instructed me that I will receive a call to verify myself from the bank the next day. On 7/24, I waiting but no bank call. Armeen called me back and said the car is ready for pick up and somehow the bank no longer need to verification. When I got to the dealer about 7pm, I was turn to the manage David Lewis. He denying to sell the car with the price they offered. He said that there must be a computer mistake he would lose money if he sell it at that price. He completely denying to sell the car with the summer cash saving of $1000. He basically told me to buy $29941 or I can go home. Well, at this moment I was thinking of 2 choices. Should I buy it at $29941 or not buy it and turn to my attorney for the false advertisement? But I decided to offer David to split half/half of the $1000 summer saving with him. We finally came to a deal. I paid $500 more than was originally offered. It's only $1000 but if you can't honor then please don't offer it. If you going to offer the lowest to get customer to your door and not honoring, you can be sue for false advertisement. They should swallow their mistake. It's a shame on a huge car dealer (The Infiniti of Elk Grove and their staffs) for not honor their advertisement. Fransicsco also offering me to give up all the MSRP discount and summer discount total of $7689 for 1.99% financing up to 72 month. Total cost with the discount and @3.7% apr would be about $35k compare to 1.9% apr would cost $43K. It would be very dumb to take 1.9%. An inexperience person would take the bait. Other then that, their staff are friendly and have great service. More

I worked with the Sales Director, Lee, he contacted me via text message from my inquiry on Perks at Work, True Car. Lee was very personable and friendly and didn't push too much for the sale. He knew I really liked the vehicle and so it was an easy transaction for both parties. Throughout the paperwork process Lee was very accommodating in offering me beverages and snacks while waiting for finance to put together the necessary paperwork. We had very nice conversations and it seemed very natural in all of our interactions. Cooper, in finance, was very genuine and honest. He made the paperwork as painless as possible, and never pushed for me to purchase extras for the car. He educated me on what supplemental services were available and I ended up going with the Luxcare Package. This is the cheapest add on service and again, I never felt pressured to buy more. Complimentary car washes for life is a nice touch this dealership offers to all it's customers. The showroom is nice, clean and well kept. There are free sodas, coffee and pastries for customers or if you're waiting for your car to be serviced. The waiting room is contemporary and comfortable and offers free WiFi. Overall I had a wonderful experience, something more personal than if you were to go to a CarMax, or purchase online. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Regular Service We purchased our 2015 Infiniti Q50 used in December of 2018. On July 8, 2019 (84,000 miles) we took our vehicle in for a necessary oil change and had We purchased our 2015 Infiniti Q50 used in December of 2018. On July 8, 2019 (84,000 miles) we took our vehicle in for a necessary oil change and had the brakes checked for squeaking. We left with new oil, oil filter, rear brake pads, rear discs turned, tires rotated, and power steering fluid replaced. As usual they hand washed and vacuumed our vehicle ($588.00). Ashley Richey was our service consultant for the second time. She is always a joy to deal with and communicates well throughout the service, getting authorization prior to conducting any services that were not expressly ordered. Our car runs great and although you tend to pay a little more at the dealer we are confident that the service at Infiniti of Elk Grove was done right and with a smile from Ashley. Thank you More
