Promised a 30 minute oil change, took an hour and a half. No good reason was given...in my mind this is unacceptable. I said to Irving it would of been nice if you would of called me to let me know and I would of not left work early and come to the dealership. He stated he was just getting ready to call me. Which I said was a little too late since I waas already here. Wish you could of called at least at 4:00 to save me the trip. I like the car and the driving experience. My car was due for the first maintenance, i called for service and i do not feel that the person making the reservation was very cordial. i asked for an early due for the first maintenance, i called for service and i do not feel that the person making the reservation was very cordial. i asked for an early drop off time and he said there is an 8:15 open i said fine but would like to drop it off earlier? He was very short in his response and said that i had an 8:15 time, not very responsive to my question. I did go a little early and had to wait 20 minutes before anyone even asked if i was being helped. More
