I really like how flexible this dealership is with my schedule. I can typically get an appointment quickly in a timeframe that us convienient for me. The staff is very courtious as well. Only negative about this experience is I had a tire pressure sensor replaced under warrenty, but when driving hope the same symptoms reappeared. While the symptom has since gone away, I worry about having to deal with it further as it may be an interminent problem. More
When I was having trouble with my vechicle, I called Infiniti of Elk Grove and spoke with Eddie in the service department. As I told the receptionist when I picked up my car...I've owned 15 new vehicles since I was a teenager...so I've been to a lot of dealerships, and have several makes. This the Infiniti is my favorite car so far and this particular dealership has the best atmosphere and nicest staff I've encountered. In a couple of years, when I'm realdy for a new car, I'll definitely head to Elk Grove. More
The service has always been great. This is our 2nd Infiniti. Love the car however since new it developed a knock from the valve train. When I took it in it was recommended to use the VERY EXPENSIVE Infiniti. Love the car however since new it developed a knock from the valve train. When I took it in it was recommended to use the VERY EXPENSIVE oil. It did fix the knock but at $100 for an oil change ?????? When I had made a preliminary selection of a vehicle and needed to see the car, he went out of his way to accommodate my difficult schedule. When I finally came into the dealership (175 miles from my home)Matt gave me his undivided attention and was willing to show me as many alternatives as I wanted to see. Steve and Matt made the whole process extremely easy, including turning in my previously leased Infiniti. I had contacted practically every Infiniti dealer in Northern California could easily have gone to any other dealer but chose Elk Grove Infiniti due to the relationship that I built up with Matt over the course of my search for a new car. I have no doubt that when I need another vehicle, I will be back. More
I find the people I encounter at this dealership very professional, yet personable and friendly. I cannot yet rate quality of work as the work must be resheduled-until the arrival of an ordered part. I appreciate the unlimited "free" carwash offered by this dealer. Every so often, I stop by after work, get the car washed and vacuumed, so the vehicle always looks good. More
We brought our Q56 into the dealer for a routine serivice. Waited while the car was getting worked on. Later that day we noticed that the AC wasn't very cold at all, so we dropped by the dealer at serivice. Waited while the car was getting worked on. Later that day we noticed that the AC wasn't very cold at all, so we dropped by the dealer at 5:15pm hoping that their might be an outside chance that someone in the service dept could take a look at it.(We were leaving on a 5 day trip the next day and it was 105 degrees outside) Eddie from the service dept steppped up and said he would take a look at it. An hour later the problem was fixed. Needless to say I was very please that someone after hours would step up and take care of the problem. our 7 hour trip with 2 kids and no AC was saved!!! We then proceeded to drive another 15 - 18 more cars in our quest to find the right car for our family. I have bought American cars in the past, and it was Infiniti of Elk Grove that kept me excited about coming back for more. Great people to work with. At the service desk, Eddie and Irving offer you the best options that will suit the needs of your vehicle when you bring it in. They don't run around and swindle you into service or part items you do not need, like most car dealerships I have gone to in the past where you feel taken advantage of. Service always with a smile, no matter how early it is. Victor and Peter at the Parts counter, offer various items to increase the appearance or performance of your vehicle. I have had the exhaust, intake, front lip, spoiler and other various items installed on my 2007 G35 sedan, and every visit has been with a smile and an honest sale. Very competitive pricing and always top notch parts. They are always willing to work with you and find the best parts you are looking for, to make sure you walk out excited about what you are about to install on your vehicle. Steve and his sales team, hey they keep trying to get me into another car and guess what, I end up driving out with one. Friendly people with no pressure attitudes more like hanging out with friends and talking about cars then talking about how they can close the deal. Knowledgeable folks that keep me coming back, sometimes too many times. Rena, the receptionist, always makes me feel welcome. Goes above and beyond her duties to make sure you are comfortable while you wait. More
