We've been a Nissan of Elk Grove customer for many years now. Bought like 8 cars already at their dealer. Staff were okay. When we bought our 2005 Infinity G35 at Infinity of Elk Grove. This buying experience was extremely pleasurable and fulfilling. Staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After sales is excellent! I will likely continue future business with this dealership as I anticipate purchasing another Infinity in the future. From reception to sales and service, your staff are doing an outstanding job. I purchased an Infiniti EX on January 24, 2010 and my experience was great. Not only were the folks I worked with very friendly but I also got a great price. Expect a little bit more understanding and service after spending $30K on a vehicle. I had to follow up with Infiniti USA myself. When purchase of car was negotiated, we were told that the vehicle was Certified Pre-owned and that it was covered by factory warranty. When we go to financing, we were told "oops, not certified and no warranty but we can sell you an extended warranty for an additional $8K". There has been a great deal of "too bad so sad" and not enough "we want you to be happy, let's see what we can do for you to make you happy". This is our second Infiniti. When and if we purchase a third, I may have to consider another dealership. I purchased a luxury vehicle because I expect luxury service. More
The service representatives are very accomodating, courteous and helpful. However, your service technician's are below-average. Each time I come in, something happens that requires me to drive back courteous and helpful. However, your service technician's are below-average. Each time I come in, something happens that requires me to drive back to prove the service is not satisfactory. This time, the passenger side wood panel needed to be replaced. The panel installed by your technician was a completely different color. I was told to drive back to show the service rep. so he could determine if it was just a variation of the wood or truly a poor match. The service rep. indicated it was a poor match that the tech should have noticed. The last time I was in for service to replace the driver's side wood panel, the tech. accidently stained the headliner fabric with brake dust handprints. More

The Infiniti of Elk Grove facility is impeccable. The staff are caring and concerned about me as a client. The community engagement of the owner is inspiring. This was my first visit with this car to the Elk Grove dealership. It has been serviced with excellence by the Nissan Quick Lube located next door. My only recommendation is that the Quick Lube staff make strong recommendations when they spot potential problems that require the client go to the dealership for service. I had a brake issue but my warning light never came on. I had mentioned the amount of brake dust to the guys at the Quick Lube they stated that they do not service brakes but failed to mention that I should have my car checked by dealership. I am a firm beliver in full service/ full circle business. It is the bases of what makes great business. Together, Infiniti of Elk Grove and Nissan Quick Lube have the opportunity to be second to none in complete service as referral partners, especially for female owners who don't hardly care about service but never want thier car to stop on them. This is a very poor ending to the survey, why would I take the time to spell out the reasons for the ratings i gave the dealership. The above rating is only for the sales rep named above not the dealership. I didn't relized that I was cheated until I got home and look at the vehicle specs. The salesman shown me an invoice for anothe not the dealership. I didn't relized that I was cheated until I got home and look at the vehicle specs. The salesman shown me an invoice for another G37 instead of the one that I bought. The invoice that he show me had an additioal technology package which cost $1150.00 more. He told me that he will knock down another $400-$500 of the MSRP on top of the $7k incentive. With or without the $500-$600 off, I have already made up my mind to buy the car just with the $7k incentive. Now I did the math he added $1150 to the G37 that I bought but does not come with the Tech Package. Basically he didn't give me any additional discount because he show me an invoice thats for another car. In fact I paid a little more that I should of paid after the $7k incentive. Please look at the example at the bottom. My G37S supposed to cost MSRP $45,284 - $7k incentive = $38,284 The invoice that he show me: $46,784 - $7k incentive - $600 that he discounted = $39,184. So I paid $900 more for the car without the Tech Package, when he show me the invoice that does. I went back to the dealership the next day and spoke to the Business Manager. I told him that I'm not trying to make a big deal or to get my money back as I don't have any hard evidence. I break it down to him what I experienced and you can't beleive what he told me. This is pretty much what the Business Manager said, "I'm sorry of what you had experienced, we have been trying to get rid of the snake head dealership name really hard and can't beleive this happen" That sounded to me I'm not the first person experienced this.
