I would recommend this dealership for SALES, but not for service. When I pulled up in the service area, no one greeted me at the car even though they weren't busy with any other customers. The reason for my visit was because I had not been given the key for the wheel locks when I purchased the vehicle in May 2009. I never received any apology for this or was offered anything in return for my having to bring the vehicle all the way back to Elk Grove from El Dorado Hills. (I asked if they would at least do a complimentary brake check while it was there and he said there would even be a charge for that!) This is my 5th Infiniti. I keep buying them because they're great cars and the customer service I've always gotten has been second to none. (I've gone to Sacramento Infiniti in Roseville and out-of-state dealerships previously). After working with your sales staff and finance manager last May (who were great), I just expected a similar experience in service and was, unfortunately, disappointed. More
