There was a problem with one of the windows and the tint had become scratched. Ed Ramos, their Service Manager, provided me with a loaner car so they could remove the panel and check the window thoroughly and even though they could not find anything wrong with the window itself, he had the scratched window tinting replaced free of charge to me. I have worked with Irving for a number of years. He has always been courteous, friendly, efficient, and helpful. However, today he went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire. He arranged to have himself and others at Elk Grove Infiniti to stay for me and he personally changed the tire so that I could drive safely. They didn't have to do this, but he and others did so because I have been an individual who has always brought my Infiniti to Elk Grove Infiniti since the dealership opened.
