Randy Ycmat was friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle, 2011 Infinite M37S. He familiarized me with all aspects of vehicle operation and even offered to visit me at my home to help with vehicle programming issues such as garage door opener and NAV. (I was able to adapt to the new vehicle with the help of the owner's manuals.) The dealership facility was upscale and comfortable. Upon delivery, the vehicle had been carefully detailed and presented to me with great fanfare and congratulations by at least 6 staff members. Negotiations appeared honest and straight forward, void of the gamesmanship I had anticipated. The sale occurred in August 2010. I am remiss in not responding until now, but wanted to wait until I was totaly familiar with the vehicle and satisfied any problems were properly addressed. There were none. I am not having the vehicle serviced there, however, due to the one hour drive involved. I am now a service client of Niello Infiniti in Concord which so far also appears to be professional and courteous. At the end of the 3 year lease, I hope to be able to make a similarly positive assessment relative to fairness in dealing with mileage, residual, vehicle condition and penalties. I bought my G35 from Infiniti of Elk Grove 2 years back. I never got a 'reconnect' done with them, but recently a sales person offered that too. Since then I have been driving 30 miles to them to get my car serviced. They are very professional and listen to my problems carefully. It is easy to schedule an appointment with them and if needed they offer the rental car too. Most of the problems I tell them get addressed, and I am positive they will fix the recurring ones in my future service. My service personnal is very pleasant and friendly to talk to. They take good care of their customers, which, as a luxury car owners we would expect. Overall, its a good experience and I keep driving to them to have my car serviced. More

I already knew that I wanted an Infiniti G25 (or pre-owned 35) so I went to Infiniti of Elk Grove since it was the closted dealership to where I planned to do my car shopping. Since I had my mind made up, I didn't need to be sold on the car itself, but wanted to get to the point and talk numbers. My largest concern was staying within my budget. The dealership was extremely accomodating with my wishes. They kept our conversations on track with what i was interested in discussing and were willing to make my budget realistic. I was completly surprised that I was able to get an Infiniti with a maintenance service agreement and keep it within my desired budget. Aside from their committment to respecting my budget wishes, the staff provided superior service. They were available to respond to my questions immediately and beyond business hours prior to my purchase. Even after the purchase, the staff was still available to address further questions I had and again with an immediate response. The staff went above and beyond to help me set up and understand the settings of my car and were willing to walk me through some of the setting set up options step by step. I felt a personal connection to the staff and could also see the comradery amongst the staff themselves. Personally, I hate car shopping and I always saw it as a long drawn out process. However, I must say this experience was defintely a positive one especially with the excellent service and attention shown to me as a customer. Also each person that I worked with stayed throughout my entire process. The salesperson didn't just hand me off to the finance person and then leave; the entire team was there to offer assistance at any given point in the process. I'm also not a fan of responding to customer service survyes, but the service at Infiniti of Elk Grove was so superior that i felt compelled to give them the kudos that they desevere. More
