My experience with both James Sprenger and the Dealership was great. James was very personable and had a strong knowledge of all the vehicles we test drove. My salesman James Sprenger was one of the best salesman I have ever encounter. He was completely honest and didn't play the typical salesman games. Todd Ritter was very professional and knowledgeable with providing vehicle and warranty information. He spent the time to explain the features and was even willing to come to our home to help with programmi providing vehicle and warranty information. The staff(I apologize for not having their names)was friendly, welcoming and patient with our requests, as we were unsure what model we wanted. We were shopping with our two children (8 and 1) and they were nice to offer drinks and food during our visit. Our 1 year old was happy with a balloon Todd gave her, while our 8 year old enjoyed having control of the remote to their TV (they have a nice waiting room). One might wonder how relevant that may be, but shopping with children can be a challenge and when they (staff) are sensitive to that it makes the process easier! I purchased a used Mini from this dealership almost a year ago. Yesterday, I was driving down Elk Grove Blvd and the car broke down. As I sat waiting on hold with my insurance company, a guy pulled up year ago. Yesterday, I was driving down Elk Grove Blvd and the car broke down. As I sat waiting on hold with my insurance company, a guy pulled up behind me in a sweet Infiniti M37. It was Todd Ritter, a sales rep with Infiniti of Elk Grove. Todd told me that he recognized the car (one he had not been involved in selling to me) and pulled over to offer me a ride to the dealership. He reminded me that Infiniti of Elk Grove offers lifetime towing for free. I had forgotten but was grateful for the news as I was dreading the cost. Before a representative from my insurance company could even answer my call, I was off to the dealership with Todd. When I got there, Todd made sure I was comfortable and offered me a loaner car. I was truly dumbfounded by my experience. Todd could have kept driving and I never would have known. Talk about customer service. Next time I buy a car (new or used) I guarantee I will buy it from Todd at Infiniti of Elk Grove. More
