He was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased even though it was an Acura, not an Infiniti. He was very friendly and there was no pressure to buy. I got a good deal on the car on a very clean car. I just brought my car in yesterday to have a roof rack installed. Eddie in service was very professional and friendly. I would buy a car from them again and would get my service also done here. They are an honest dealership who wants to please their customers. More

I have been a customer of EG Infiniti since 2004 and I have had many services performed throughout the years. However, I have never been moved to write such a review until my most recent experience. On September 26, 2011, I was provided excellent customer service by Trevor Allen. He was knowledgeable, efficient and kind.As a very careful consumer, I greatly appreciated his ability to help me with my car repair. I initially was not able to afford the complete amount of work needed and had decided to get only a minimal amount of work done. Later in the day I received an unexpected call from Trevor. He said he wanted to do all he could to see that the work needed on my vehicle could be done within my price range. This was such a pleasant surprise and I totally unexpected. He discounted the work and I was able to afford all of the repairs. In today's society of competition, the human element is hardly ever considered but it's the human element that makes us respond most signficantly. For these reasons of unexpected discounts, friendliness from my first encounter to my last; high quality of service and most importantly the consideration of my needs, I want to rate this experience as GREAT. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car! Everyone, even those employees we weren't working with, were very courteous and friendly. We've been taking our Infinity M45 to Infinity of Elk Grove since we purchased our car in 2004. After my vehicle had been totaled in an accident, I stopped in to share the photographs with a long time family friend, Todd, and he knew that I would be looking for a pick up. Trent was informed that I would be looking for a pick up and was nothing but nice until Todd arrived. David helped me out in the finance department, making sure that all the paperwork was in order and signed properly. This dealership has been so fantastic to me and so welcoming everytime I stopped in. Sometimes with my mom to look at the truck before I took it, when I brought my husband by to look at the truck. I do not buy cars often. My last car purchase was 12 years ago when I traded in an Infiniti I-30 for another vehicle brand. I research every major purchase so that when I do make a purchase "it sticks." Although I purchased a solid vehicle more than a decade ago, it remains an unworthy substitute for any Infiniti vehicle. I have been researching the FX35 vehicle for at least one year. This means I am familiar with each redesign, most of the vehicle production runs,the underlying engineering of the engine,the logic behind the placement of the wheels and the residual value trends of the vehicle. I got a great price and fair financing, but that is not why I bought my 2008 FX35 from Todd, David and Trent. I bought a RELATIONSHIP with a car company that I trust and a dealership that strives to fulfill the mission and vision of that car company. Todd is everything a car salesperson should be; knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. His "sidekicks" (David and Trent) complete the picture and together they form a team that navigates customers through the car buying process at a pace that is comfortable for the customer.
